2020: Thoma Bravo purchased RealPage for $10.2 billion
On December 21, 2020 the private investment company Thoma Bravo announced acquisition of RealPage, software developer for work with the real estate. The transaction is estimated at $10.2 billion.
Merger of RealPage will allow Thoma Bravo to get access to the platform for real estate administration with a full range of services, including such services as portals for tenants, management of the website, expenditure management and a financial analysis for owners of buildings and property.
The founder and the managing partner of Thoma Bravo Orlando Bravo noted:

Together RealPage and Thoma Bravo can become partners for expansion of market offers of the company and expansion of its current opportunities for extraction of benefit from more and more complex and extending real estate market. |
As for RealPage, the CEO of the company Steve Wynn considers the transaction as big benefit for shareholders, giving them the chance to continue to invest in a product.

Under the terms of the transaction Thoma Bravo will pay to shareholders of RealPage $88.75 cash for an action. The transaction is subject to standard control from regulating authorities, RealPage will have 45-day "window", the company still will be able to carry out the transaction on the best price to this period. After completion of the transaction RealPage is going to continue work under the leadership of the chairman and CEO Steve Wynn and the existing leadership team of RealPage which is based in Richardson, the State of Texas.[1]
