Thoma Bravo acquired Talend for $2.4 billion

Singh drew attention to Talend's growth thanks to the efforts of the company's team led by CEO Kristala Bemont. Since April 2020, Talend shares have grown by more than 150%. In her statement, Bemont praised how Talend employees "coped with the goals of 2020 and successfully fulfilled the strategic initiatives and goals that were set. Thoma Bravo, whose portfolio includes more than 80, mostly technology companies, including security-focused firms and which manages $77 billion in assets, has a "successful track record of helping the companies it acquires achieve long-term and sustainable growth," she said. The companies do not comment on whether Bemont will continue to lead the company after the takeover of Thoma Bravo.
