Calling a doctor at home (online service on the State Public services portal)

2022: Connecting 58 regions

On June 15, 2022, the Ministry of Digital Science announced that, on behalf of the president, an online service for calling a doctor at home had been implemented on the State Public services portal. Residents of 58 regions can already use it for June 2022. Until the beginning of July, all subjects of the Russian Federation must connect to the service .

The service was developed and implemented on the State Public services portal in order to make medical care for residents even more accessible. It allows you to arrange a call to the health worker at home in a few clicks, while you do not need to call the clinic or go there in person. For users, it is enough to log in to the portal through your account, fill in the data, and confirmation from the clinic will come to your personal account. As of June 2022, the service is already working in 58 regions, another 21 subjects are testing the service, 5 regions have not yet begun testing, "said Oleg Kachanov, deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Digital Science.

Since the beginning of 2022, almost 300 thousand people have already used the online service "Calling a doctor at home."

You can call a doctor online for yourself, a child or another adult. The service is free, only the ESIA account and the number of the compulsory medical insurance policy are required to receive it.

2017: Availability of the service for calling a doctor at home through the portal of public services

As it became known on July 21, 2017, several services became available to Russians at once on the "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services": calling a doctor at home, receiving information about attachment to a medical facility through the portal, as well as an appointment for a preventive examination or dispensary.
