2023: Opening a clinic for 400 million rubles

In December 2022, the Fomin Clinic opened its first branch in Sochi - a hospital with a hospital and a clinic for 300 visits per shift. 400 million rubles were invested in this project. This amount includes expenses for the purchase of medical equipment, as well as for the repair of premises.

For a medical center, a seven-story building was rented for 10 years. The area of ​ ​ the object is 3.6 thousand square meters. m. On the basis of the medical organization work:

  • IVF department, designed for 2 thousand cycles per year;
  • resuscitation;
  • pediatric department with a children's hospital with 8 beds;
  • polyclinic;
  • traumatology;
  • an adult hospital with 20 beds;
  • 4 operating rooms;
  • Department of Plastic Surgery.

By the end of December 2022, the clinic has about doctors of various specialties, including a gynecologist and a dermatologist. Every day, the Fomin Clinic plans to receive up to 300 people.

By the end of 2022, together with the hospital in Sochi, the Fomin Clinic unites 17 branches. The medical centers of the network are represented in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza, Kaluga, Belgorod, Tver, Voronezh regions, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Krasnodar and Perm territories.

At the end of 2022, the Fomin Clinic expects revenue of up to 3 billion rubles. In addition, the network plans to open several more branches in Moscow. The plans of the founder and head of the company to bring the network to capitalization are $1 billion. It is not specified in what time frame these tasks are planned to be completed.

One of the main investors in the Fomin Clinic network is the TilTech Capital fund. In June 2022, the organization made another round of investments in the amount of 250 million rubles in the development of the network, the total investments of the fund reached 1.8 billion rubles.[1]
