2024: Hospital opening

In early December 2024, the Fomin Clinic group of companies launched a multidisciplinary hospital in Tver with surgical and oncological departments, a polyclinic and a center for assisted reproductive technologies. The volume of investments in the project amounted to more than ₽280 million.

According to Medvestnik, the medical center with an area of ​ ​ 4 thousand square meters is equipped with five operating rooms with modern endoscopic racks, an embryological laboratory and a cryovessel. To monitor patients, a day hospital with 42 beds is equipped.

"Clinic Fomin" opened a hospital in Tver for ₽280 million

In the structure of the hospital there is a center for urgent traumatology, emergency care, an oncology department and a diagnostic center with computed tomography. Patients are admitted by specialists from Moscow and St. Petersburg. The new medical complex became the fifth institution of the company in the Tver region.

By the beginning of December 2024, the Fomin Clinic network includes 25 medical centers in 15 regions of Russia, including the Medical Genomics genetic laboratory and the Rassvet clinic in Moscow. The company has been operating in the Russian market since 2011, specializing in the treatment of infertility, gynecology, obstetrics and assisted reproductive technologies.

According to the company, the revenue of Dofomin Group LLC in 2023 reached ₽4,3 billion, showing an increase of 23%. According to SPARK, the company's ownership structure is distributed between the Tiltech Capital investment partnership (49%), Dmitry Fomin (25.5%) and Marianna Borisycheva (25.5%).

In October 2024, the company began developing a network of near-home clinics in Moscow and the Moscow region, launching the first institution in Krasnogorsk with an investment of ₽13 million. Management plans to open 100 similar medical centers in the capital region.[1]
