The analytical portal Tele2 is relevant to departments and entrepreneurs that plan to attract tourists, develop infrastructure or optimize transport flows. Potential clients are city and regional administrations, project offices for tourism and transport, owners of hotels and restaurants, travel agencies. The platform contains dozens of analytical reports, which are continuously supplemented. The client can independently view the necessary information: assess the total number of tourists in the region and the dynamics of the tourist flow and determine the seasonality of trips, create a rating of "home" regions of tourists. The platform also allows you to draw up a portrait of a tourist, see the type of arrival transport and the duration of the traveler's stay.

The parties agreed to cooperate in creating standards for the exchange of information, developing innovative technologies in the field of protecting the population and territories from emergency situations, improving communication and notification schemes in the event of an emergency. Pilot regions, according to the assessment of the population falling into the emergency zone, are the Primorsky and Krasnodar Territories, as well as the Rostov Region. These regions combine a high risk of accidents due to the complex terrain and weather conditions.
