Joining the Garda Holding

The developers of network and information security systems Garda Technologies, TechArgos, Weblock, Makves and Bastion have merged into the Garda holding. The technological capabilities of the participating companies form the basis of the network security ecosystem with an integrated service in the field of data protection and building secure networks. 2019: Citadel invests in Bastion

On August 19, 2019, it became known that the manufacturer of funds for operational-search measures "(such SORM equipment should be installed by operators in accordance with) "Spring Law" "Citadel" Anton Cherepennikov invested in the Bastion company. According to the BBC's Russian service, Bastion is owned by the SEB chief's FSB son Boris Korolev, 23.

The Citadel entered the capital of the Bastion back in 2018. According to SPARK-Interfax, the holding owns a share of 51%, Boris Korolev - 25%. At the request of the BBC to the management of the holding, whether the interest in Korolev's company is connected with his father's place of work, the Citadel replied that "the personal life of employees and partners" is not commented on.

The BBC publication says that the Citadel holding is known for attracting immigrants from law enforcement agencies to cooperate. So, in 2017, the ex-head of the K department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (computer security) Boris Miroshnikov became the vice-president of the Citadel, later State Security General Sergei Efremov, who worked at the FSB Special Equipment Center, wrote to RBC and follows from open data^[2]
