History

2022: Acquisition by Taxcom and 1C

In December 2022, Taxcom and 1C acquired CISLINK, one of the participants in the Russian market, in the development and implementation of electronic document automation systems. This was reported to TAdviser on December 12, 2022 by representatives of Taxcom.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as a result of the transaction, Taxcom received an 80% stake in the authorized capital of Sislink LLC, and 1C received 20%.

As specified in "Taxcom," the purpose integration EDI IT of the transaction is Cislink solutions for exchange in the company's own products and services. Taxcom and 1C intend to offer industrial production HoReCa, and - to online stores EDI systems to organizations for automating procurement and interaction with suppliers.

According to the parties to the transaction, current and potential Cislink users will receive convenience and benefit when connecting to 1C products, as well as to online reporting and electronic document management (EDM) services from Taxcom, including personnel EDM, solutions for working with marked and traceable imported goods.
