IT Park is located in the very center of the business part of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. Modern interior design, service service and a wide range of telecommunication services - all this makes it possible to provide conditions for productive work and development of the IT Park complex.

The total area of ​ ​ the IT Park complex at the time of launch in 2009 is approximately 32,000 square meters and includes a 5-story building of the Business Center with free-plan offices, as well as two adjacent 2-story buildings. The IT Park complex has been created to provide the most favorable conditions for startups and developing IT companies. At the stages of designing, creating and launching a new high-tech product on the market, resident companies are provided with all the resources necessary for effective IT development: modern technologies, services and equipment, scientific and resource base.

At the beginning of 2013, 502 people worked in the IT park of Naberezhnye Chelny. The number of residents of the Kazan site in 2012 increased from 50 to 58 companies. At the same time, their projects almost tripled - from 51 in 2011 to 140 in 2012. Production per employee increased from 1.7 million rubles. up to 2.1 million rubles, the number of employees - from 1600 to 2180.

37 startups are developing in the IT park business incubator today. These are, in particular, such successful projects as Avtodoria, StartPak, SportFort, SpikFon, Marabaka, Eidos, DisplAir, Digital Loyalty System, Ecwid, Product-Test, Real Speaker. Seven residents of the Business Incubator received the status of a participant in the Skolkovo project.

In 2012, residents of the business incubator attracted 62 million rubles. investments, which is 53% more than last year.

The number of events held in the IT park has increased 3.5 times. Revenue in this business segment in 2012 amounted to RUB 15.5 million.

As of August 2012, the main site of the IT park in Kazan is 100% full. 76 residents work here, including 41 residents of the business incubator. In 2011, the total revenue of residents of the IT park amounted to 2.9 billion rubles, 432 million rubles of taxes were transferred to the budget. The projected revenue for 2012 is 3.9 billion rubles, tax deductions - 680 million rubles.

Total investments in the IT park exceeded 4 billion rubles

The total investment in the Bashir Rameev IT Park in Kazan amounts to 4 billion rubles, which became known on August 24, 2022. The project was implemented on the site of the former Spartak shoe factory.

As the Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Khairullin told BUSINESS Online, the workers had to completely rebuild the main building and dismantle two more objects on the territory of the former factory, where the IT park will be opened. This is due to flooding of basements. Instead of the old facilities, a new building was built. The total area of ​ ​ the building was 49 thousand square meters. m. Bashir Rameev IT Park attracted 4 billion investments

The construction of internal sanitary and technical systems requires 685.6 million rubles. The complex of engineering equipment for the new building was estimated at 306.66 million rubles, technological equipment (furniture) for the old facility - at 237.5 million rubles, and for the new one - at 183.3 million.

The created IT park was named after the Soviet scientist-inventor, developer of the first Soviet computers Bashir Rameev. Ayrat Khairullin came up with the idea to perpetuate his memory. The IT park is scheduled to open on August 30, 2022.^[1]

Partnership with VEB and Invant

On August 29, 2017, the IT Park announced the conclusion of a partnership agreement with Vnesheconombank and the Invent Group of Companies.

Within the framework of the signed agreements, the IT Park and VEB agreed to develop educational activities in the field of training blockchain specialists within the framework of the Blockchain Competence Center created by VEB and NUST MISIS, the task of which is to create an R&D center for the development of distributed register technology (blockchain), as well as a center for regulatory support , education, commercialization and popularization of technologies.

We are pleased to have been able to combine the efforts of IT Park and Innopolis University to develop blockchain education programs. The development of this technology is gaining momentum day after day, but the industry is experiencing an acute shortage of blockchain specialists. VEB comprehensively works on the development of the high-tech sphere, not only supporting innovative projects, but also introducing specialized educational programs. 2015: Software Import Substitution Project Register

In 2015, a project register of import substitution of domestic software was formed for projects implemented by residents of the IT park. It includes more than 80 solutions for industry, transport, fuel and energy complex, financial sector, healthcare and many other business applications, Internet services, cloud infrastructure and virtualization management tools. This register will be supplemented with new decisions and brought into line with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On establishing a ban on the admission of software originating from a foreign state, for the purpose of making purchases to meet state and municipal needs."

In 2015, the IT Park Business Incubator was opened at Innopolis University in order to develop the entrepreneurial abilities of students by conducting acceleration programs.

2012: Opening of the second site in Naberezhnye Chelny

2011: Resident Selection

In November 2011, the fifth competitive selection for obtaining the status of a resident of a business incubator took place in the Kazan IT Park technopark. It was attended by a record number of applicants - 50 companies, of which 23 were admitted to the final presentation after preliminary consideration by experts.

The expert group included Director for Strategic Development of SKB Kontur - Petr Didenko, creator of the Ecwid Internet commerce service Ruslan Fazlyev, financial director of the iTechCapital private investment fund Demid Kuznetsov, expert of the Softline Venture Partners venture fund Anton Belousov, managing partner of Startobaza Svetlana Nikiforova.

This time companies took part in the selection not only from Tatarstan, but also from the cities of Russia and Ukraine. And startups from Omsk, Astrakhan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Simferopol presented their Skype projects.

By decision of the expert group, 5 companies received the status of residents of a business incubator with the right to place in it, 6 - the status of remote residents.

Projects that have received the status of remote residents of the IT park business incubator:

• adCaptcha - creation of a marketing service;
• Go-System - software for management and control of construction and repair processes;
• DisplAir - creating screen-free air displays with Multitouch function (g Astrakhan.);
• "Search for Vkontakte donors" - creating a search template within the Vkontakte social network, thanks to which, through the search, you can find all users by key search phrases;
• "Modernization of the 3Did insurance market" - development of a system for reducing fraud in the registration of insured events through the widespread use of RFID (Naberezhnye Chelny);
• "Ground GLONASSGPS infrastructure GNSS/for high-precision positioning" (Omsk).

Resident companies registered outside the republic will be re-registered in Tatarstan. One of the new remote residents of the incubator, the DisplAir project (Astrakhan), on the eve of the final defense before the expert group received a certificate from a participant in the Skolkovo innovation center and became a laureate of the Zvorykinskaya Prize in the nomination "Best Innovative Product."

Thus, as of November 2011, the business incubator is 100% full: 31 residents, including 11 remote ones.

It was assumed that at the beginning of 2012, some of the residents who have already implemented their projects will leave the incubator, freeing up their places for ambitious new young people. In the meantime, an intensive educational program will start for existing residents of the business incubator, including dozens of trainings and master classes, which will be held in the IT park from December 9 to 29, 2011.

2009: Completion of construction in Kazan

In October 2009, the Republic of Tatarstan completed the construction of the IT Park technology park in the field of high technologies. IT Park became the first technology park in the Russian Federation engaged in the development and development of companies in the field of information technology. The IT Park complex was built within the framework of the State Program "Creation of Technoparks in the Field of High Technologies in the Russian Federation," implemented by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
