2019: Cooperation with the Central Bank to develop information cooperation in the field of procurement
On September 20, 2019, the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy announced that it had signed a cooperation agreement. CENTRAL BANK RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The parties will interact on the development of information cooperation in the field of procurement necessary to ensure the functioning of the Bank of Russia system, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
{{quote "Using the Supplier Portal will increase competition and cost-effectiveness of procurement. You can see all the procedures by visiting the unified procurement window of this online resource. We are confident in mutually beneficial cooperation and hope that this digital tool will justify the customer's hopes, "said the vice mayor. }}
He recalled that the Supplier Portal was created to automate small-volume purchases. The use of an electronic platform allows customers to quickly conclude transactions, completely eliminating paper document flow, which significantly saves budget funds.
Cooperation will be useful not only for the Bank of Russia as a customer, but also for the development of the Supplier Portal itself.
The customer will be able to access the expanded market of offers not only from metropolitan suppliers, but also from suppliers throughout the country registered on the Portal. We are also waiting for proposals from the Central Bank on possible improvements to the functionality that will help make this digital tool even more accessible and convenient. |
