History

2021: Siemens bought OneSpin Solution

In April 2021, Siemens announced the acquisition of OneSpin Solutions at a price that the parties to the transaction did not disclose. The buyer is Siemens Digital Industries Software, a member of the German group, which secured financial support from Azini Capital investment fund to conclude the transaction.

Siemens intends to add OneSpin Solutions technologies to Xcelerator's portfolio as part of an industry-leading package of integrated circuit (IC) verification solutions for electronic device design automation (EDA).
