2021: Atos bought Processia

In mid-April 2021, Atos acquired three companies - Processia, Cryptovision and Ipsotek. The buyer hopes that these transactions will allow him to expand the capabilities of the international leader of IT consulting in the field of cybersecurity, video analytics, as well as product lifecycle management (PLM).

The Canadian company Processia is a system integrator of PLM solutions and a global partner of Dassault Systemes. According to Atos, this acquisition will allow the company to expand its franchise business in the direction of PLM and engineering solutions, as well as expand its presence in North America and Europe, especially in Canada, the USA, Belgium, France, India, the Netherlands and the UK.

Atos bought three companies: Processia, Cryptovision, Ipsotek

Cryptovision began operations in 1999, the company provides modern cryptographic products and solutions in the field of network identity. According to Atos, the deal with Cryptovision will strengthen the company's cybersecurity product line and expand the company's business in the public and defense sectors of Europe.

Located in, Ipsotek England provides software video analytics based on - AI technology. This deal will expand Atos' existing artificial intelligence capabilities/, machine learning strengthen its position in the field and, peripheral calculations computer sight allowing it to implement support for key software capabilities and IP solutions in the company's product portfolio.

Transactions with Processia, Cryptovision are expected to close in the second quarter of 2021, and with Ipsotek by the end of the third quarter of 2021.
