Acquisition is implemented according to the strategy of the Siemens company in the field of digital production directed to expansion of a line of integrated solutions for product development and industrial automation in the electronic, semiconductor and medical industry. Completion of the transaction is planned for the second half of November, 2014. Terms of transaction are not disclosed.
