Building Robotics is software provider for commercial management of cooling and heating. The American company develops Comfy service which analyzes wishes of staff of office and regulates temperature so that with it it was comfortable to work.
Building Robotics claims that the product of the company is capable to put an end to office wars around whether it is worth making air temperature indoors higher or lower. If the worker does not accept the current temperature, he can open mobile application and formulate the wishes in it. The worker needs to note in what premises he works and what temperature is necessary to it (above or below flowing).
Comfy collects data on wishes of employees and on load of premises and balances temperature so that to each of them it was comfortable to work. A system also analyzes daily requests from employees and can configure on their basis temperature in their workplaces still before they appeared at office. The technology not only helps to create a comfortable working environment, but also allows to reduce power consumption at office.
