History
2025
Naumen is preparing for a difficult 2026 and is cutting employees
As TAdviser found out in early November 2025, Naumen experienced a reduction in part of its employees in the fall. According to a source close to Naumen, about 100 people were fired in a fairly short time. This mainly affected employees who do not have a direct impact on the company's revenue.
According to the Naumen corporate website, its circuit includes the following legal entities: Naumen JSC, Nau-service JSC, Naumen Soft LLC, Naumen Consulting LLC, Service Naumen LLC, Smartyub LLC, Smartnat LLC, Noda Soft LLC, Integrated Systems LLC, Info Services LLC, Naumen Kazakhstan LLP. As TAdviser calculated, relying on open data from the FTS database, at the end of 2024 the total average number of employees of these companies, with the exception of Naumen Kazakhstan LLP, was about 960 people. The largest companies by the number of employees are Nau-Service, which is the main contractor for implementation projects, as well as Naumen Consulting and Naumen.
Naumen itself, in response to a TAdviser request, did not deny the fact of a decrease in the number of staff, but said that the information received by the editorial office regarding the conditions, timing and scale of the company's optimization was exaggerated.
| We, like many market players, are forced to adjust our activities, expecting a cooling economy and a reduction in industry benefits in 2026. In addition, we are implementing internal planned changes in the priorities and development strategies of the company, - commented in Naumen. |
They also added that Naumen demonstrates stability with a minimum debt burden and a clearly formulated plan for its development. The company continues to hire employees in developing business units.
On the recruiting portal HH , as of November 6, Naumen has 16 vacancies in several regions. Russia Among other things, a search is underway for a business development director to build and develop a "large-scale partner network" in one of the areas - a cloud service to help businesses in communications with customers. Also, for example, vacancies of programmers and technical support specialists are open.
Note that at the end of October 2025, HH and the IT company Jet Infosystems published a study according to which over half of all Russian IT specialists dismissed in the period 2022-2025 were left without work not of their own free will: 55% fell under reduction. The study noted that the problem with mass reductions in the IT sphere is characteristic primarily for the largest Russian cities[2].
One of the factors that significantly affect the IT market, among other things, remains the high key rate of the Central Bank. And from 2026, some benefits that IT companies could previously use are also canceled.

Investment in Geomer
In January 2015, it became known that Naumen invested in a small innovative enterprise (MIP) Geomer and entered the authorized capital of the company. Agreement with Technoserv in the field of import substitution
In February 2015, Naumen and Technoserv announced the signing of a partnership agreement providing for the joint implementation of tasks in the field of replacing imported software.

As a partner of Naumen, Technoserv is ready to offer its customers migration and implementation of the company's products on favorable terms.
