2025: Kyivstar bought Helsi
The largest Ukrainian telecom operator Kyivstar, in accordance with the global development strategy of the digital operator's operating model, signed an agreement in May 2025 to increase the share of ownership of corporate rights of Helsi, the country's largest digital medicine platform, from 69.99% to 97.99%. The signing of the agreement will not affect the operating activities of Helsi, the company retains the current management model under the leadership of co-founders Evgeny Donets and Evgeny Gubich.[1]
