Managing partner of DMGVladimir Geraskin believes that Dawn could be estimated at five to six indicators of net profit - 239-286.8 million rubles. The general director of the Fomin Clinic Dmitry Fomin says that the purchase of Dawn will allow the network to accelerate development in the provision of multidisciplinary services, as well as strengthen its position in the Moscow market. After the deal, Dawn will retain the brand and team of specialists.

As Kommersant writes with reference to the co-owner of Dawn Yevgeny Boychenko in the issue of May 25, 2023, part of the owners of Dawn have been looking for a specialized investor for the further development of the center for the last six months. In the first months, the Fomin Clinic plans to invest 100 million rubles in the new asset, the funds will be used to update equipment, repair and open new stationary capacities. The staff of the clinic will also be expanded from 150 to 300 people. In 2023, the revenue of Dawn is planned to be increased to 400 million rubles, and within three years to increase to 1 billion rubles.

Vladimir Geraskin noted that the women's health segment for the Fomin Clinic is limited and has strong competition, and the purchase of Dawn will diversify the business.[1]
