2022: Establishing a Company

On August 19, 2022, it became known about the creation of a new company in the 1C group. We are talking about 1C-Perspective LLC, in which 1C owns 50.2%. The remaining co-founders with equal shares of 8.3% were six individuals: Roman Dianov, Oleg Kornishev, Vladimir Shcherbinin, Andrei Alekseev, Alexey Krutilin and Grigory Ermakov.

The registration of "1C-perspective" is reported by CNews with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The authorized capital is, the general director is Roman Dianov. According to Khabr Career, a person with this name has worked in the Russian representative office of SAP since 2010. In particular, he held the position of Program and Project Manager at the company, and was also an administrator at SAP forum Russia.

1C and top SAP managers have created a new company

As noted by CNews, a number of other co-founders of 1C-Perspective also worked in the Russian representative office of SAP. So, Alexey Krutilin since 2015 served as director of practice for metallurgy and mining.

Director of 1C Boris Nuraliev at a plenary session with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Digital Science Maksut Shadayev, who was held in Kaluga at the All-Russian Digital Evolution Forum in August 2022, spoke about the company's plans to experiment with the creation of joint ventures with SAP solution specialists. According to Nuraliev, in the light of the latest events, 1C in Russia should replace SAP.

One of the ways to achieve it, which we decided to try for ourselves: we are now trying to create new partner enterprises from specialists who previously worked with SAP, "Nuraliev said. - They know these clients, they know what they need functionally, they know how to interact with them; you only need to learn them with 1C technologies.[1]
