2025: Reksoft bought Amara Lab

In December 2024, the Reksoft technology group completed the acquisition of 100% of Amara Lab. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement. The deal was announced on January 16, 2025.

Amara Lab specializes in the development and implementation of business applications, comprehensive data analysis, cybersecurity and the creation of a modern IT infrastructure for corporate clients. Amara Lab works with enterprises in the oil and gas, financial and industrial sectors.

Alexander Egorov, General Director of Reksoft, stressed that this acquisition significantly expands the company's competence in the field of infrastructure projects and information security. The founder of Amara Lab Dmitry Vasiliev will continue to oversee the development of the company's business, and will also be responsible for the sales and marketing of the entire Reksoft group in the status of a partner.

Evgeny Borisov, partner of the investment company KAMA FLOW, in a conversation with Kommersant, noted that the intensification of merger and acquisition transactions in the IT market is associated with an increase in the number of strategic investors and the successful holding of several IPOs in 2023-2024. According to him, the actions of "Reksoft" are fully consistent with the new market logic aimed at consolidating assets and strengthening the positions of large players.^[1]
