There are 5.6 million sites in the.ru zone. Leading Companies by Number of Domains
As of May 2024, the number of active domains in the.ru zone exceeded 5.6 million. Of these, 2.6 million are connected to hosting and, as a rule, are used in the operation of websites. About 351 thousand more are used to redirect to other Internet resources. Such data in mid-June 2024 was disclosed by the service statonline.ru.
Director of the "Coordination Center for National Domains" Andrei Vorobyov notes that more than 130 registrars in 12 cities of Russia are engaged in registration of names in zones.ru and.rf as of 2024. The first domain names in the.ru zone, according to him, were recorded in two school notebooks, and one of them is stored in the center.
Runet even owes its name to the national domain.ru, and during this time it has become a real national treasure. The path to this was quite difficult and thorny. On June 25, 1994, the first site in the.ru zone was created - www.ru. In 2023,.ru became the leader in growth among all national domains and is among the top 10 leading national domains in the world, and in 2024 there are already 5.6 million domains in the.ru zone, Vorobyov notes. |
The largest Russian domain administrators.ru, if you do not take into account the companies of the Internet market, include Sberbank (1.2 thousand domains), NF Group (723 domains) and Tricolor (652 domains). At the same time, it is noted that the volume of the domain portfolio of a particular company depends more on how involved it is in its formation than on its scale. For example, VTB administers only 51 domains. Marina Brik, director of product for the domain business at Ru-Center, emphasizes that companies can use a different number of domains depending on the field of activity.
In the corporate segment, several domains are enough: one each in the national domain zones.ru and.rf, in thematic zones, for example.group,.systems,.cloud, in different spellings and in conjunction with a dash, if we are talking about compound brands, says Brick.[1] |
The reason for the Runet malfunction was the imperfection of the DNSSEC software
On January 30, 2024, many Internet users encountered DNS resolution errors in domains located in the.RU zone, caused by a failure in updating the Domain Name System (DNSSEC) security extension key. This was announced on January 31, 2024 by the Coordination Center for the National Domain of the Internet (CC).
The resulting key collision led to the temporary inaccessibility of the.RU zone for some Internet users.
After the failure was detected, the updated keys were revoked, and the functionality of the.RU zone was fully restored, which took about two hours, including the distribution of data over the DNS system. This was done thanks to the well-coordinated work of specialists to eliminate the technical failure, which eventually made it possible to quickly restore the functionality of the.RU zone in full with DNSSEC validation.
As of January 31, 2024, the investigation of the incident continues, but it is already clear that the main cause of the failure was the imperfection of the software used to create encryption keys. Like any other technology solution, DNSSEC requires improvement over time to correct detectable operational errors. It is worth noting that DNSSEC as a means of ensuring the security of Internet users worked as intended: the work of DNS servers was blocked in a timely manner, which did not confirm the authenticity of their response to requests for domain name resolution.
DNSSEC Internet is a young technology by standards, and over many years of its application in world practice there have been more than 200 similar cases, and over the past three years more than 20 times, including the temporary disconnection of the.AU domain in September 2023. In March 2022, due to a DNSSEC error, the Fiji national domain.FJ dropped out of the global network for more than 12 hours. Due to the same error in the DNSSEC settings at the beginning of 2022, about 8 thousand names in the national.SE domain were disconnected from the network Sweden for several hours, and the.SE registry was the first to implement DNSSEC - back in 2005. Recall that the use of DNSSEC when updating the registry of the Internet root zone is a requirement, IANA an organization that is responsible for the distribution of all names and numbers used in Internet protocols.
For subscribers of providers connected to the National Domain Name System (NSDI), the failure was almost invisible: the NSDI completely retained its performance. But some providers could not switch to it even after sending an order from the Public Communications Network Monitoring and Management Center (CMU SSOP GRCC), and normalized activities only after the restoration of the normal operation of the RU zone.
2023
The.RU domain became the leader in growth rates among all national top-level domains
At the end of 2023, the.RU domain became the undisputed leader in growth rates among all national top-level domains. Thus, over the past year,.RU has grown by 506,024 domains (+ 10.3%) and returned to 5th place in the world ranking of country domains. Such data are presented in the report "Russian Domain Space 2023," which was shared with TAdviser on April 3, 2024 in the Coordination Center for Domains.RU/.RF.
In total, 1,709,718 new domains were registered in.RU in 2023, while by the end of the year the registration rate almost doubled - from January to September, 123 thousand domains per month were registered on average, and from October to December - 201 thousand.
The Cyrillic domain. RF also showed serious successes: over the year, the domain grew by 92,769 domain names, or 13.7%, which, according to researchers, is an extremely high figure. The.RF domain retained its leadership among internationalized national top-level domains, ranking first in the number of domain names among all Cyrillic domains. In 2023, 244,266 domain names were registered in the RF.
The distribution of domain names between individuals and legal entities in the domains of.RU and.RF has hardly changed for several recent years: in.RU 74% of names are registered by individuals (in.RF - 78%) and 26% - by legal entities (in.RF - 22%). There are an average of 2.7 domain names per administrator in both domains.
Geographical indicators are also quite stable: 83% of domain names in.RU and 92% in.RF. registered by Russian citizens.
As for the distribution of domain name registrations by regions of Russia, the leader, as you would expect, is Moscow - both in.RU and.RF. 26% and 23% of domain names are registered in the capital, respectively.
Moscow is followed by the Moscow region - with a lag of 3 times for.RU and 2 times for.RF. On the heels of the Moscow region comes St. Petersburg, where 7.5% of domain names are registered in the.RU domain and 6.9% in the.RF domain. Further, the Krasnodar Territory continues to be the leader in the number of registered domain names for many years in a row - 3.1% of domain names in.RU and 3.5% in.RF. The Ural closes the top five - 2.2% of domain names in.RU and 2.7% in.RF are registered in the Sverdlovsk region. In general, the top five regions registered about half (49%) of all domain names in Russia.
In 2023, an average of 4.7 thousand domain names were registered in the.RU domain daily, in the.RF domain - about 670 domain names. 36.4% of domain names in.RU and 38.4% in.RF - over 5 years old. More than 90% of registered names are actively used.
As of December 31, 2023, 131 registrars were accredited in the.RU and.RF domains. At the same time, almost 3/4 (72%) of the domain market in Russia falls on the share of the Runiti group (unites Reg.ru, RU-CENTER, SpaceWeb and a number of other companies).
Special attention in the report is paid to the security of Russian domain zones.RU and.RF, which in 2023 showed their stability and ensured the stable functioning of Russian sites against the background of a sharp increase in phishing attacks.
You can get acquainted with the full version of the report by following the link. When preparing the report, the experts of the Coordination Center used materials from projects statdom.ru, netoscope.ru, доменныйпатруль.рф, as well as foreign sources.
The number of domains in the.ru zone increased by 10.3% over the year
Runet posted record growth in 2023. The undisputed leader in growth rates among all national top-level domains was the.RU domain. In particular, the number of domains in the.RU zone increased by 10.3% over the year (+ 506,024 domains). As a result,.RU returned to 5th place in the world ranking of country domains. Such information on January 25, 2024, the Coordination Center of Domains.RU/.RF shared with TAdviser.
According to the Coordination Center, at the end of December 2023, there were 5,439,137 domains in the.RU zone, of which 85% were registered by Russian citizens and organizations. In total, 1,709,718 new domains were registered in the.RU zone last year, while by the end of the year the registration rate almost doubled - from January to September, 123 thousand domains per month were registered on average, and from October to December - 201 thousand.
In turn, in the Cyrillic domain. RF by the end of 2023 there were 768,883 domain names, over the year the domain grew by 92,769 domain names, or 13.7%, which is an extremely high figure. As a result, the.RF domain retained its leadership among internationalized national top-level domains, ranking first in the number of domain names among all Cyrillic domains. In 2023, 244,266 domain names were registered in the RF.
In general, the domain zones.RU and.RF showed their stability and ensured the stable functioning of Russian sites against the background of a sharp increase in phishing attacks. In 2023, competent organizations sent 54,977 appeals to registrars, which is 3 times more than in 2022 (16,324), and almost 90% of them related to phishing. As a result of consideration of these appeals, 54,135 malicious domains were blocked, while the response speed remains the highest in the world - for example, in May-December 2023, it averaged 21.5 hours from the moment the complaint was filed to blocking the malicious domain.
As the director of the Coordination Center Andrei Vorobyov noted, the main drivers of the growth of Russian domain zones were the transfer of sites to Russian jurisdiction under pressure from sanctions, as well as the emergence of a large number of new projects aimed at the Russian audience.
"The trend towards an increase in the popularity of national domain zones will continue in 2024, and the commercialization of the Russian segment will also grow. For us, this means that even more attention will need to be paid to security and countering attackers trying to steal money and user data, "added Andrei Vorobyov. |
A record volume of domain transfer is observed in the.ru zone
In December 2023, Russian registrars Ru-Center and Reg.ru processed twice as many applications for the transfer of domains previously placed with other registrars in comparison with the same period in 2022. Such data were published on January 10, 2024.
According to Kommersant, in December 2023, hosters accepted more than 8 thousand domains. Approximately 1 thousand applications for domain transfer came from the clients of the American registrar GoDaddy. Among them, two-thirds were filed by individuals, and the rest by legal entities, according to Ru-Center and Reg.ru.
The desire to transfer Internet assets to large Russian players was affected by the departure of a number of foreign companies, and the introduction of a registry of hosters, which obliges all suppliers to meet certain security requirements.
In mid-December 2023, GoDaddy announced the closure of customer accounts located in Russia, after which Ru-Center and Reg.ru received and processed about a thousand applications for domain transfers, two-thirds of which came from individuals.
Domain investor Pavel Gross-Dneprov, in a conversation with Kommersant, noted that the owners of Internet assets "seem to be more reliable to buy hosting in the same place as they keep the domain." Because of this, Ru-Center, in his opinion, has significantly increased sales and hosting services.
The press service of the combined company Ru-Center and Reg.ru noted that the mass return of domains was noted earlier in March 2022 during the start of a military operation in Ukraine due to sanctions pressure. However, by the end of 2023, there was a trend of a gradual transition to domestic infrastructure, and not only during periods of current news. Companies are increasingly improving the resilience of their internet assets by acquiring backup names in the national zone, moving to Russian hosting providers and focusing more on the geography of data centers.[2]
.ru entered the top five national domains in the world in terms of the number of active sites
.ru remains in the top five national domains in the world in terms of the number of active sites. This was announced in early December 2023 by the Coordination Center for Domains.RU/.RF with reference to the analytical company DataProvider.
In addition to Russia, among all national domains, the largest number of active domain names exists in the zones of Germany (.de), Britain (.uk), the Netherlands (.nl) and Brazil (.br). The lowest activity was recorded in the national domains of South Sudan (.SS), Nauru (.NR), North Korea (.KP), Eritrea (.ER) and the Marshall Islands (.MH).
In the ratio of names in national domains and the.COM domain zone, which serve for sites created by legal entities and individuals of a particular country, the most "patriotic" is: Montenegro here almost 100% of all sites use names in the.ME domain zone. Second place Colombia is 89%.CO versus 11%.COM. In third place - the Russian Federation: 88%.RU against 12%.COM.
The Russian zone.ru retains the fifth place among all world national domain zones, a representative of the Reg.ru confirmed to Vedomosti in December 2023. According to experts interviewed by the publication, the growth of registrations in the national domain may be due to the fact that last year's market fears disappeared that registration in the.ru domain could be extended only through Public services, as well as the return of many domestic projects that previously used domain names in foreign domain zones.
According to the results of 11 months of 2023, the number of domain names in the national zone of.ru exceeded 5.28 million for the first time since 2017, when a historical maximum of 5.5 million was recorded, follows from official statistics published on the portal statdom.ru. Since the beginning of 2023, their number has increased by 7%, the Reg.ru said in early December 2023. This growth rate is a record over the past 10 years, added a spokesman for the domain name registrar.[3]
5.1 million registered names
By, in to data Coordination center of domains.RU/.РФ 2023 the Russian domain , the zones demonstrate record growth and by the end of August became the leaders in growth among all national top-level domains. The company announced this on September 25, 2023.
In September 2023, the national domain of.RU crossed a new mark - 5.1 million registered names, which is 172 thousand or 3.5% more than at the beginning of 2023. The last time the domain zone reached these indicators was in June 2018.
And the Cyrillic domain. RF in September exceeded the figure of 700 thousand registered names, which is 27 thousand or 4% more than at the beginning of the year. The last time the domain reached this mark. RF reached in April 2021, and then the number of names registered in it decreased to 670 thousand and for a long time showed near-zero growth.
The leaders in registering domain names in the.RU and.RF zones among the regions of Russia are Moscow and the Moscow region (33%), as well as St. Petersburg (11%), Krasnodar Territory and the Sverdlovsk region (about 3% each).
According to Andrei Vorobyov, director of the Coordination Center for Domains.RU/.RF, import substitution has become the main driver of the growth of the domain market.
Russian companies are actively moving from international zones to the domains of.RU and.RF, both due to sanctions problems and due to a higher level of their security, including the active fight against phishing. In addition, small businesses are starting to open new Internet projects for which they register new domains. Obviously, there was an adaptation to changes in the economic and political situation, and Russian business switched to growth based on existing opportunities, - said Andrei Vorobyov. |
Russia is ready for Internet autonomy in case of termination of the ICANN system
.RU/has built Domain Coordination Center RF a system for countering the consequences that may occur if any sanctions decision is made by the global registrar. In ICANN particular, the registrar may disconnect the Russian domain the zones due to political pressure or default financial. The latter arose due to sanctions restrictions on settlements Russian banks with foreign ones. This became known on September 18, 2023. More. here
The number of domains with malware has sharply increased in the.ru/.rf zone
The number of blocked domains in зоне.рф that distributed malicious software in June 2023 increased 11.7 times compared to the previous month - to 2642 domains from 226. And this is significantly higher than in May 2022, when 9 domains that spread the virus were blocked. This was announced on July 17, 2023 at the Coordination Center for Domains. RU/.RF. 2022
The number of domain names in the.RU zone is 4,933,113 domains (a decrease of 80 thousand)
The Coordination Center for Domains.RU/.RF on January 11, 2023 shared the results of 2022 for Russian national domains.
By the end of December 2022, in the.RU zone there were 4,933,113 domains with which 1,958,673 administrators work, and in the Cyrillic zone. RF - 676,254 domains with which 314,164 administrators work.
In total, 1,356,648 new domains were registered in the.RU zone in 2022, and 164,965 new names in the RF.
It is reported that in 2022 quantity of the registered domain names in a zone. RU decreased - the domain was reduced by a little more than 80 thousand names. The main reasons for decrease both in world, and in the Russian scale - the general instability of world economy and cooling of the domain market after sharp overheating in the period of COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
Since the end of February [2022], we have observed a decrease in the number of registrations of new domains, but the dynamics of the extension of existing domains in national zones has remained at the same level. In general, the number of domains can be considered as one of the markers of the state of the business environment in the country, given that the registration of most domains pursues commercial goals, - said Marina Brik, head of the domain and related services department at Ru-Center. |
According to her, the cost of registering a domain in Russian national zones is lower in comparison with most other zones, such domains are abandoned in the last place when a decision is made to completely close the project.
Brik attributed a slight increase in the share of domains registered by users from Moscow to the trends of 2022 - by the end of the year this is more than 25%. Thus, administrators from Moscow now account for every fourth domain of.RU and.RF.
Domain zones.RU and.RF showed their stability and ensured the stable functioning of Russian sites against the background of the imposed sanctions and a sharp increase in the number of DDoS attacks. The coordination center and competent organizations are guarding the security of the Russian domain space: in 2022, competent organizations sent 16,324 appeals to registrars, following which 15,454 malicious domains were blocked.
Also, at the end of the year, the Netoscope project base was replenished with 21,961 new malware, and most of them are related to phishing.
In 2022, 36 registrars were accredited in the.RU and.RF domain zones. In total, 132 registrars from 12 cities of Russia are accredited in the.RU and.RF domains:,,,,,,,,,, and Moscow St. Petersburg Novosibirsk Perm Lipetsk Samara. Sochi Kaliningrad Ulyanovsk Smolensk Naro-Fominsk Elektrostal
Government agencies will use only Russian domain zones
On November 2, 2022, a decree of the Government of Russia was published, according to which, from December 1, 2022, all e-mail addresses that are used by state and local authorities must be created using domain names and network addresses in the Russian national domain zone. Read more here.
2021: The number of domain names in the.RU zone - over 5 million
At the end of 2021, the number of domain names registered in the.RU zone amounted to more than 5 million.

26 years old.RU domain
April 7, 2020, the Russian national domain.RU celebrates its 26th anniversary. For many years in a row, the.RU domain has continued to be one of the largest top-level domains in the world: in terms of the number of registered domain names, it ranks 5th among national domains and 8th among all top-level domains.
In the.RU domain, 4,991,694 domain names are registered, 95.7% of which are delegated. This is a very high figure - it means that the vast majority of domain names in.RU are used and work. So, only domain names with services in.RU there are 4,515,109 or 90.6% of the total. Of these, 38.7% are used for full-fledged websites, 23.5% for web applications or one-page sites, 18.5% for mail only, 4.9% for redirects, and 14.3% for parking.
77.9% of domain names are registered by individuals, the remaining 22.1% - by companies and organizations. In total, there are 2,111,722 administrators (owners) of domain names in the.RU domain. 75.5% or 1,595,019 administrators manage 1 domain and 1.6% or 34,854 manage more than 10 domains. For 100 administrators - individuals there are 227 domain names, and for the same number of legal entities - 276.
30% (or 1,497,123 domain names) of today's 5 million "younger" than 1 year old. And over 23 years old, 764 domain names. On average, 4270 new domains are registered per day, according to the first months of 2020. Users do this using the services of 52 registrars accredited in the national domain of.RU. In total, over the past 10 years, more than 16 million domain name registrations have been made in the.RU domain.
Published "Methodology for assessing the cost of domain names in domains.RU and.РФ"
The website of the Coordination Center for Domains.RU/.RF published"Methodology for assessing the market value of second-level domain names in top-level domains.RU and.RF in the secondary market of domain names," developed by NAO Euroexpert by order of the Coordination Center. The methodology is a set of methods and algorithms by which you can obtain the predicted value of a domain name in the secondary market.
In Russia, there is a fairly large secondary market for the domain names.RU and.RF. These are online platforms for the purchase and sale of domain names organized by registrars (the so-called "domain name stores"), offering for sale more than 200,000 domain names, private online platforms, domain parking lots, channels/groups on social networks, brokerage services of registrars and private brokers, self-sales of domains by its owners.
At the same time, there are no publicly available methods for assessing the cost of domain names in the.RU and.RF domains in the secondary market. Therefore, the Coordination Center, with the help of its partners, decided to develop this methodology. In addition, in the future, the CC plans to initiate the development and approval at the legislative level of a single standard for assessing the domain name.
"The methodology is a set of methods and algorithms and is based on mathematical models describing the dependence of domain name prices on price-generating factors. During its development, the world experience in assessing domain names, and the opinions of experts from the Russian market, and many other factors were taken into account. Of course, the semantic component of the domain name is quite important, and in our methodology it was possible to "formalize" this parameter as well. We hope that the methodology will be in demand in the Russian domain name market - this is the first document of its kind that will help make the secondary domain name market more transparent and predictable, "said Svetlana, Project Manager of the.RU/RF Domain Coordination Center. |
The methodology for assessing the domain name of.RU/.RF in the secondary market is intended for registrars accredited in the domains of.RU and.RF, specialists in assessing intellectual property, as well as for all participants in the secondary market of domain names: buyers, sellers, owners of domain name purchase and sale services.
2019
5th in the world among national domains in terms of the number of domain names
In terms of the number of registered second-level domain names (over 5 million), the.RU domain ranks 5th in the world among national domains (ccTLD) and 9th among all top-level domains, the National Internet Domain Coordination Center (CC) reported on April 7, 2019. The first record of the Russian domain was entered into the IANA database 25 years ago, and since then the development of the Russian top-level domain.RU has begun.
An average of 4 thousand domain names are registered daily in the.RU domain, and 91.9%, or 4.6 million domain names, are actively used - according to CC experts, this is a very high figure for top-level domains. 29.0% of domain names in.RU are over 5 years old, and 29.4% are under 1 year old. 77% of domain names in.RU are registered by individuals.
The number of domain name administrators for the year increased by more than 22 thousand, in total, more than 2.1 million administrators operate in.RU. 75% of administrators own only 1 domain, and this figure is gradually growing. But the number of administrators under the management of 10 or more domain names compared to last year decreased by 3.3 thousand and as of April 2019 is 41.7 thousand, or less than 2%.
According to the Coordination Center for RU/RF Domains: almost 83% of domain names in.RU are registered by Russian citizens. Slightly less than 1% of domain names in.RU are registered in Ukraine, and 0.5% in Belarus. As for the distribution by regions of the country, most domain names are registered in Moscow and the Moscow region - 31.5%. They are followed by St. Petersburg - 7.2%, and domain names in.RU are actively registered in the Krasnodar Territory and the Sverdlovsk Region (2.3% in each region) and in the Chelyabinsk Region (1.8%).
A quarter of a century for the national domain of.RU is a serious milestone. Over the years, the domain has gone a long way along with the development of new technologies, and the open rules for registering domain names in it have had a positive impact on the formation of the Russian segment of the Internet. The Russian domain space became the place where all the main events in the life of Russia and its citizens were recorded: both global ones concerning everyone and the smallest ones concerning one family or even one person. In the.RU domain, in fact, the country's chronicle has been reflected over the past 25 years, - said Andrei Vorobyov, director of the.RU/RF Domain Coordination Center. |

As of January 2014, 35% of real sites in the.ru zone are located on servers abroad. In the zone. "RF" the share of emigrants is 15% (study of the statistical service Openstat).
Of the 4.68 million sites in the.ru zone, 3.54 million are operating. Of these:
In the zone. "Rf" 401 thousand operating sites, of which 344 thousand - in Russia, 36 thousand - in Germany, 11 thousand - in the United States.
According to the head of the statistical service Openstat Leonid Filatov, Russians choose foreign hosting - because of a more comfortable combination of price and quality. In addition, for a number of sites it is safer to be outside the jurisdiction of Russia.
- The USA and Germany are the states that, in fact, are the founders of hosting, - explains Alexey Korolyuk, CEO of the Internet company Reg.Ru. - Due to economies of scale, they can provide lower prices. In Russia, comparable prices have only now begun to appear.
According to Reg.Ru, the German company Hetzner, the largest hosting provider in the.ru zone, has 13.8% of the sites of the main domain of Russia on its servers. None of the Russian competitors of this company have a market share of 7.5%.
- Hetzner pays 15% on every order that comes from intermediaries, - says Korolyuk. - The German firm has such intermediaries in Russia.
According to him, there were cases when such contractors won a tender for the development and maintenance of a site for Russian government agencies. To save money, firms bought a server in Germany and placed all their clients on it. As a result, the sites of Russian government agencies were outside the jurisdiction of Russia.
Managing partner of Ru-Center Group Alexander Panov calls several reasons for the choice of foreign hosting by Russians.
- Of
course, the price matters, says Panov. - It is difficult to maintain such prices in our country. Any equipment on which sites are hosted doubles in price when crossing the Russian border. For individuals who do not need financial documents for accounting and insignificant support in Russian - why not. In addition, it is safer to place abroad. Since the advent of blacklisting laws, the number of resources migrating to the West has grown.
According to him, the United States and Germany have the highest network connectivity, which greatly reduces response time.
- For the Russian user, the site posted in Frankfurt opens quickly, as if the server is in the next room, - continues Panov.
According to Andrei Vorobyov, director of public relations at Ru-Center, the existing state of affairs is also explained by historical reasons. When the hosting market in Russia was not very developed, site owners hosted them on foreign servers. First of all, on German and American. The zone. "Rf" appeared later, so for her this "heritage effect" is less.
- In
our opinion, the share of foreign hosting in the.ru zone will grow for some time, but then the products of Russian hosters, comparable in quality and price to foreign ones, will turn the tide, "Vorobyov summed up.

They tried to introduce International Internet Day several times on different dates, but none of them became traditional. In Russia, the date of September 30 has taken root. And it all started with the fact that in 1998 the Moscow company "IT Infoart Stars" sent out a proposal to firms and organizations to support its initiative, consisting of two points: to appoint September 30 as "Internet Day," to celebrate it annually and conduct a "census of the population of the Russian-speaking Internet." At that time, the number of users reached 1 million people. In addition, some consider Runet Day to be April 7, since on this day in 1994 an entry about the domain appeared in the international database of national top-level domains.
In 1998, World Internet Day was authorized by Pope John Paul II. The patron saint of the Internet has not yet been officially approved, although since 2000 the temporary patronage of the Network has been provided by Isidore of Seville, a Spanish bishop who lived in 560-636. He is considered the first encyclopedist to have a significant influence on the history of the Middle Ages. Therefore, in many countries of the world, the feast of the Web is celebrated on April 4 - the day of the ascension of St. Isidore of Seville. Many countries also have national Internet Days. They are usually timed to coincide with some events related to the introduction of the Internet in this country. In addition, on January 27, the world community celebrates the "International Day WITHOUT the Internet." The organizer of this holiday is enthusiasts around the world, conducting their ideas through the online community "Do Be."
