Allocation of 170 million rubles for the launch of the Internet in the villages of Yakutia

Norgold has agreed to allocate 170 million rubles to launch Internet in villages. The corresponding donation agreement "daughter" "" Severstal concluded Innovation Development Fund of the Republic of Sakha with in November 2023.

Laying a cable line from the villages of Tokko and Dapparay through Byaya Küel to Tiani, which will be financed by Nordgold, will help eliminate digital inequality and open up new opportunities for people of all ages living in these villages, from schoolchildren to pensioners, - said Andrei Varlamov, head of the Nordgold representative office in Yakutia.

British sanctions against the company
