2025: Building a Company

Lenta co-founded the new company DomLenta. The position of General Director was taken by Svetlana Mozhaeva, who heads the main Russian legal entities of the OBI construction hypermarket network. This was reported by the Interfax edition with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on October 17, 2025.

Lenta owns 90% of the share capital of the new entity. The remaining 10% of the equity share is held by Center-Holding. The owner of Center-Holding is Albert Kanokov. He is the son of the owner of the holding company "Sindika" Arsen Kanokov.

Svetlana Mozhaeva runs three key Russian legal entities of the OBI network. She holds the position of CEO in the companies "Ob FC," "Make with your own hands" and "Make with your own hands North-West." The appointment to the post of head of DomLenta retains its management of the network's operating activities.

In March 2025, Kommersant reported, citing sources, about the possible acquisition of the OBI network by Severgroup structures. The group belongs to entrepreneur Alexei Mordashov. The company did not provide official comments on the deal.

In July 2025, Hermes became the main owner of the legal entities of the OBI network. She received 90% of the share in companies. The remaining 10% was transferred to the structures of Allonge Joint-Stock Company. The media associate this organization with the structures of the Sindika holding company.

Hermes is not directly related to Severgroup structures. The sole owner and head of the legal entity is entrepreneur Vladimir Zakhvashin. The participation of Hermes in the OBI ownership structure does not confirm information about the acquisition of the network by Alexei Mordashov's group.^[1]
