2024: Revenue growth by 16% to RUB 128.5 billion

As TAdviser found out at the end of October 2025, the revenue of Spar stores (Spar Middle Volga LLC) in Russia in 2024 amounted to 128.48 billion rubles. This is 15.9% more than in the previous year, when the figure was 110.83 billion rubles.

The cost of sales on an annualized basis rose by 11.8% - from 82.05 billion rubles to 91.72 billion rubles. Commercial expenses are indicated in the amount of 28.96 billion rubles, which is 28.9% more compared to 2023 (22.47 billion rubles). Management expenses increased by 38.6% - from 1.71 billion rubles to 2.37 billion rubles. Under the article "other income," a drop of 66.1% was recorded - from 1.81 billion rubles to 613.38 million rubles. Other expenses decreased by 35.8%, amounting to 1.74 billion rubles against 2.71 billion rubles in 2023.

Spar stores revenue in Russia for the year increased by 16% and reached 128.5 billion rubles

Sales of products, goods, works and services in 2024 brought 126.99 billion rubles: this is 14.5% more compared to the previous year, when such receipts were at around 110.94 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 13.7% - from 96.26 billion rubles to 109.4 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees amounted to 8.79 billion rubles against 7.71 billion rubles a year earlier (plus 14.1%).

In 2024, Spar's gross profit reached 36.77 billion rubles: this is 27.8% more than a year earlier, when it was 28.78 billion rubles. Profit from sales rose by 18.2% - from 4.6 billion rubles to 5.43 billion rubles. At the same time, net profit decreased by 18.4% - from 268.71 million rubles to 219.27 million rubles.

As of December 31, 2024, receivables are indicated in the amount of 3.28 billion rubles: the figure decreased by 53.1% compared to 2023 (6.99 billion rubles). Accounts payable remained at 13.4 billion rubles.[1]
