The CRM chat-bot is designed to help to control work on sales, to quickly obtain the customer information and transactions which is stored in CRM, directly from messenger Telegram.
The virtual assistant is integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.
Via the chat-bot it is possible:
- Add new contacts and transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 directly from the telephone directory of the smartphone of the user, to fix information on all activities with the organization.
- Set tasks to responsible managers — the notification on need to make a call, to write the letter or to organize a meeting instantly gets to the CRM system.
- Receive the list of open transactions on the specific staff of sales department.
2017: Creation
On September 4, 2017 the group "Corus Consulting" created CRM chat-bot, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and allowing allows through commands in Telegram instantly to find customer information or the contact person who is brought in a system, to specify a contact information of the manager, responsible for them, in the company.
The virtual assistant allows to increase the involvement of users into work with CRM and also many times simplifies process of adaptation of employees to a system after an implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Managers learn to bring and specify quickly information, and heads receive the convenient tool for daily control of sales. It is planned that further the chat-bot in addition will be able to unload plans and sales forecasts in Telegram.
We developed the chat-bot in response to requirements of the market to accelerate work of sellers and marketing specialists with the CRM system and to save them from need to enter hands data. For heads it saves time too — all information can be looked via the usual messenger, without coming even into mobile version of CRM. On the first users of a bot we already see that the employees responsible for sales began to use the CRM system much more actively, and for heads work of employees and a situation with sales became more transparent — Maria Bar-Biryukova, the deputy CEO of Corus Consulting Group said. |
