"The digital lawyer" – Legal Tech-solution which is integrated with any internal systems of the client. It will suit large federal structures with a large number of standard legal and accounting processes which are serviced or forces of internal employees, or are given on outsourcing. "The digital lawyer" will allow to automate work, to increase labor productivity and to reduce costs.

2020: "Designer of documents", "Judicial platform" and "System on recognition of primary documentation"

On January 29, 2019 the MegaFon company announced TAdviser start in January, 2020 of the updated Digital Lawyer service which is urged to save an operations staff of the large companies from the routine tasks occupying up to 70% of working time.

"The digital lawyer" is developed together with the technology partner of MegaFon – Nlogic company. The neuronet and technology of optical character recognition (OCR) is the cornerstone of an ecosystem of "The digital lawyer". According to developers, the service offers three products for increase in efficiency of a back office of large business and optimization of its legal, operational and accounting functions.

The product "Designer of Documents" works by the principle of the neural chat-bot implemented in the web interface. By means of dialog with the user it collects necessary information and issues already ready document.

"The chat-bot can explain a task not only voice, but also having sent correspondence, for example, with the partner. The main difference of the solution of MegaFon of other similar products in the market which generally use the sample biographical method which is taking away from the user consists in it it is a lot of time. Service of MegaFon optimizes workflows, increasing the speed of preparation of standard documents from 30-40 up to 2-5 minutes, and prevents emergence of errors because of a human factor. Besides, it can be integrated with any internal systems of the customer", – Natalya Taldykina, the development director of corporate business of MegaFon says.

In turn, the product "Judicial Platform" processes standard incoming documents and on their basis automatically creates answers, for example, to a request of state agencies, a claim or the legal claim. A system can be customized under different types of documents without involvement of IT specialists. Feature of the platform is its functionality. The lawyer can photograph or load the document in any digital format – the picture, the text or into .PDF. A system needs 20 seconds to recognize it and to prepare a response. "The judicial platform" will also check calculations and will prompt to what formulations it is worth paying attention.

At last, "A system on recognition of primary documentation" will help the accountant up to six times faster to transfer information from acts, accounts and invoices to the accounting systems, such as 1C, SAP, etc. It is only necessary to scan documents, further she recognizes them and will prepare for sending to the accounting systems, having given to the employee the chance to make necessary changes.

2019: Nlogic representation

On May 20, 2019 PJSC MegaFon provided the digital assistant for lawyers of Nlogic. The solution allows to design agreements and to automatically make responses on consumer claims. The assistant is able to recognize accounts and acts and also the live speech and texts in any format and can use data for creation of legal documents.

At the heart of Nlogic - a combination of neural and algorithmic approaches. According to the press service of MegaFon, the OCR system from scans provides accuracy more than 90% with an average speed up to 6 seconds on the page.

In 2018 MegaFon tested a hypothesis: it is possible to teach to distinguish neural networks legal tasks. The assumption was correct. Further we worked all year on creating a system which can be used as in the company on the basis of data retrieveds, and to offer our business clients.

Specialists of operator implemented the solution together with the staff of Nlogic company. The cost of development of the party is not disclosed.
