2023: Lanit Ventures bought 25% of Colife

At the end of December 2022, the community manager of Colife Nikita Fedorov said that the service offers more than 300 apartments that were rented out by room (for example, a one-room apartment on Tverskaya, 6, costs 140 thousand rubles a month), as well as the so-called "Colife house," positioned as the first full-length building-coliving in Russia with functional apartments, coworking and unlimited coffee for long-term rent. The house has 58 rooms available for rent, co-working area, bar and service.
In 2022, the company moved its head office to Dubai. In the same year, the startup entered the Turkish market. Almost 63 thousand euros were invested in the launch of the service in Istanbul.
According to Fedorov, the main audience of Colife is students (30%), representatives of the IT industry (50%) and guys from creative spheres (20%). All of them are about 20-35 years old.[1]
