As TAdviser found out, in 2024 the revenue of AmoCRM LLC, the developer of the AmoCRM product, increased by 15% and exceeded 1.66 billion rubles. Net profit grew by about 20%, to more than 921 million rubles.
All revenue came from the development and provision for payment under license agreements of a non-exclusive right to use the AmoCRM 2.0 product, follows from the explanations for the company's financial accounting published in the FTS database . At the same time, the cost of sales amounted to about 364.5 million rubles, an increase of 7.7%.
The company's commercial expenses remained at the same level - about 254 million rubles. At the same time, the labor costs related to them turned out to be about 93% higher than in 2023, and amounted to 84.9 million rubles. There was a significant expansion of the company's staff: the average annual number of employees of AmoCRM during the reporting period amounted to 160 people, while a year earlier - 94 people.

Management expenses increased by 70.7%, to almost 136 million rubles.

And in terms of functionality, one of the most important updates for the year was the emergence of amoAI, a personal customer assistant based on artificial intelligence technologies designed to speed up correspondence, improve texts and make deals faster.
Mikhail Tokovinin noted in a conversation with TAdviser that there were no special growth drivers in 2024 on the Russian market for AmoCRM. It was just that there was a general economic growth, an increase in demand for automation and a logical increase in revenue from vendors like AmoCRM.
It is difficult to talk about 2025 now and it is difficult to make forecasts, he said.

AmoCRM revenue approached 1.5 billion rubles
