2024: Creation of a company, purchase of Russian business Elari

At the end of January 2024, it became known that the distributor diHouse , a subsidiary of "," Cheek established a new company called Elari Aichi. She will promote the brand of children in smartwatch Elari the Russian market.

According to the Vedomosti newspaper, Elari Aichi LLC is 99.99% owned by Dihaus LLC, while Yury Rodny is listed as the owner of 0.01% (he is the CEO of diHouse). Anton Badaev is indicated as the general director, and the ultimate beneficiary is the owner of Lanit Philip Gens. The main areas of the company's activity are the development of computer software, the production of elements of electronic equipment and consumer electronics.

According to the Izvestia newspaper, the distributor of diHouse bought out Elari's Russian assets. The value of the transaction as of the end of January 2024 has not been officially disclosed. Market participants believe that Elari's business in Russia could cost the buyer about 500 million rubles. For this money, diHouse will receive the Elari development team, the right to use its trademark in the Russian Federation and Belarus, as well as intellectual property rights to smart electronics software, including children's smartwatches.

As Rodny notes, new products are being prepared for release, in particular, "unique children's watches produced in conjunction with a large international animation brand with Russian roots." In addition, all-age watches for active life and other gadgets will be presented. The new company will also promote the secure Elari KidGram messenger, which gives children access to useful content and communication in the Telegram world, and gives adults complete control over the child's activity. KidGram can be used on smartphones, tablets and smartwatches.[1][2]
