Revenue growth of IT companies by 27% to 90 billion rubles

In 2024, the total revenue of IT companies in the Novosibirsk region exceeded 90 billion rubles. Compared to the previous year, the figure increased by about 27%. Such data are given in a study by the Russoft Association, the results of which TAdviser got acquainted with in early December 2025.

According to estimates, in 2024, the Novosibirsk region accounted for about 4% of the total turnover of all Russian software companies. The largest IT organization in the region is the Financial Technology Center CFT (), which had revenues of about 10 billion rubles in 2023 (there are no data for 2024). In second place is the developer ON and microelectronics to ensure the security of corporate networks, UserGate whose turnover in 2024 reached 7.9 billion rubles, rising by 28% compared to 2023. In 2025, the region began implementing a new national project "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the State," which includes measures to combat crimes in the field of information technology.

2023: How the digitalization of the Novosibirsk region is going. Results of the year

At the end of March 2024, the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Novosibirsk Region, Sergei Tsukar, spoke about some of the results of the digitalization of the region in 2023.
