Level of automation of Russian banks: research "LANIT - Bi Pi Em" and TAdviser

In October 2021, LANIT - Bi Pi Em (part of the LANIT group), an expert in the field of analysis, intelligent automation and transformation of corporate business processes, and the TAdviser analytical center conducted a study of the level of automation of Russian banks. A survey of representatives of 50 Russian banks from the list of top 100 made it possible to determine priority technologies and products for industry participants, the volume of investments in IT projects, as well as goals for digitalization for the coming year.
