- The Russian ITAdeptik (Adeptik Plus LLC) has developed and is developing a technological platform Adeptik for calculating optimal plans and schedules, as well as industry solutions for the production of and service based on it.
History
2025: Expant industrial software manufacturer bought 10% of Adeptic Plus
Expanta Industrial Software Holding announced the inclusion of Adeptic Plus, a company specializing in the development of APS systems for advanced production planning, in its structure. The partnership is aimed at developing the Russian market for production planning systems and expanding their implementation in industry based on artificial intelligence technologies. This became known on July 22, 2025.
According to the data of the Kontur. Focus service, Expanta owns 10% of Adeptic Plus. Another 11.25% is from Alexander Morozov, and 78.75% is controlled by the developer of MES- and APS-systems Sergey Gudyrin.
According to the Expant press service, the transaction is due to the growing need for production enterprises in reliable planning systems in the context of market volatility. Practice shows that the implementation of APS solutions after the first year of operation allows you to achieve a reduction in the cost of production up to 33%, a reduction in the production cycle to 45% and an increase in the level of equipment utilization up to 30%.
These results are achieved through the ability to quickly make production plans based on current data and respond flexibly to external changes. Rising market volatility complicates forecasting demand, commodity prices and logistics, increasing the need for robust planning systems.
The withdrawal from the Russian market of key foreign suppliers of industrial software created serious challenges for the industry. Among the solutions that have left the market are Siemens Opcenter, Delmia Ortems from Dassault Systemes, SAP APO PP/DS, Planet Together, IT-Enterprise and Aspen.
The main difficulty lies in the implementation of industry functional requirements of enterprises. No less significant problem remains the question of trust in small high-tech developer companies, whose brands do not yet have sufficient recognition in industrial circles.
Expanta CEO Alexander Smolensky noted that the holding's strategic task is to collect a portfolio of Russian IT solutions to build end-to-end interaction between technological and business units in production. He emphasized the importance of interoperability of all products with customers' multi-vendor infrastructure.
