Electronic Office Systems (EOS) is a Russian company manufacturer and supplier of systems for automation of workflow and electronic document management, personnel accounting and archival businesses. The company was formed in August 1994 on the basis of a group of developers who created electronic document management systems for the highest authorities of the USSR and the Russian Federation. 2012

In 2012, the total number of customers of the company increased to 6 thousand (+ 300 per year), and the total number of automated jobs - to 550 thousand (+ 150 thousand per year). 2011

The development of the partner network is a priority area of ​ ​ activity of Electronic Office Systems. 1994

In 1994, the newly formed State Duma moved to a building on Okhotny Ryad, and the task of its informatization arose. Steepler, one of the then largest system integrators, claimed to participate in this project, and, knowing the level of our competence, proposed to develop a concept for informatization of the State Duma. Balasanyan personally presented it at the Council of the State Duma. As payment for the work done, Balasanyan proposed Steepler to co-found a new company, providing us with space and computers. Thus, from September 1, 1994, the team began to work - under the wing of this major player.

1991

Since 1991, Vladimir Eduardovich Balasanyan worked in the Presidential Administration of Russia, was the head of the department of the Information Resources Department, was engaged in automation of work with documents of the President and the Government^[1].

In connection with the Government's move to the White House (after the events of 1993), a large-scale informatization project of the Government House arose.
