2019: Rusonyx was purchased by "Zenon N.S.P."

At the end of October, 2019 it became known of sale of one of the hosting providers "Zenon N.S.P.", oldest in Russia. The company is sold to the competitor — Rusonyx. Financial terms of transaction do not reveal.

As reported in the press release, as a result of the transaction the user base of the united company will in addition increase by 15 thousand clients and will exceed 25 thousand. The staff of Zenon will join the team of Rusonyx.

The annual turnover of the joint structure, according to forecasts of participants of the transaction, will exceed 200 million rubles, and control over group will be retained by the Japanese venture fund United Managers Japan (UMJ) and the CEO of Rusonyx  Konstantin Anisimov.

It is supposed that the joint Rusonyx and "Zenon N.S.P." will take the leading position in the field of provision of services of a hosting and cloud IT of infrastructure in Russia. Thanks to merge of infrastructure of two data centers and consolidation of technical support significant increase in operational efficiency and the accompanying business indicators is expected.

This transaction is a logical step in the conditions of the growing competition in our business, and accurately corresponds to a world trend on consolidation of the industry. — Konstantin Anisimov speaks. — To us it is important that eventually clients of the united company will get access to the latest hosting and cloud services, and we as a command will become much more effective.

According to Anisimov, by the end of October, 2019 "Zenon N.S.P." developed little in the technology roadmap because of what fixed outflow of clients, in particular, the company could not offer services of a cloud hosting which Rusonyx has.

The head of Rusonyx added that the companies first of all interesting base of clients "Zenon N.S.P." which part use company services from 1990th years.^[1]
