The corporation [Oracle] announced in March, 2014 conclusion of an agreement about acquisition of BlueKai, a cloud platform for the work with Big Data allowing the enterprises to personalize offline, on-line and mobile marketing campaigns using more complete and qualitative information about target audience.

Inclusion of BlueKai in the complete solution Oracle Marketing Cloud allows marketing specialists to work with all data - both about the existing clients, and about new consumers - and to precisely select target groups of clients, building the personalized marketing communications on all channels.

The solution BlueKai includes the platform of data management Data Management Platform which on a centralized basis integrates and systematizes data on clients and consumer segments of the enterprise in a cloud for information support of the personalized marketing campaigns for all channels, for improvement of efficiency of these campaigns and increase in ROI from investments into marketing. BlueKai also works with the world's largest third-party marketplaces, complementing own corporate data of the enterprises with qualitative and efficient external information from more than 700 million profiles.

The BlueKai platform will be integrated with solutions of Responsys for automation of marketing in a segment of B2C and Eloqua for automation of marketing in B2B segment for support of the approved and personalized customer interactions within all marketing initiatives and of all channels of interaction.

The BlueKai platform – in combination with solutions of Oracle for management of marketing and interaction management with social networks – will give to the enterprises an opportunity to create the most complete user profiles, integrating data from internal and external sources, including media, advertizing services, social and mobile networks.

This combination of solutions will also allow the enterprises working in segments of B2B and B2C to create the unprecedented personalized multichannel marketing campaigns and to make customer interaction via channels of e-mail, web, social and mobile networks and also through advertizing.

The solution Oracle Marketing Cloud is a component of the cloud platform of Oracle Customer Experience Cloud covering e-commerce, sales, service, interaction with social networks and management of marketing.
