Solution provider for network signaling, control the politician and subscriber administrations in communication networks. In the spring of 2013 the Oracle corporation signed the agreement on acquisition of Tekelec company.

Wide circulation of intelligent devices, mobile applications and network services led to rapid growth of volumes of network signaling and transmitted data. Intellectual technologies of network control are necessary for suppliers of telecommunication services for support of such increase in network workloads and also for deployment and monetization cloud and the OTT services (provided on networks of other operators, over-the-top).

The solutions Tekelec for network signaling (Diameter and SS7), control the politician and subscriber administrations will add the crucial systems of operational support, the platform for provision of services and support system of business of Oracle Communications. It is expected that they will help communication service providers to distribute and monetize network resources effectively.
