In the middle of November, 2018 Oracle announced Talari Networks purchase, but how many it will pay the developer of solutions SD-WAN, did not call. It is going to close the transaction until the end of 2018.

As notes the CRN edition, merger of Talari should expand possibilities of Oracle regarding cloud network computing how the corporation aims to diversify the Oracle with Cloud Infrastructure. It is expected that Talari technologies will add the boundary  controller  of sessions  of Oracle and infrastructure of network management.

According to forecasts of analysts of IDC, the volume of the world market of services and infrastructure SD-WAN will grow for 70% a year and will exceed $8 billion by 2021. Gartner expects that by the end of 2019 about 30% of the companies will implement SD-WAN technology in the branches whereas in their 2015 there was only 1%.^[1]
