Talari Networks is the American producer of network equipment which allows the companies to integrate private WAN networks with less expensive broadband connections, including cable or DSL. The company of one of the first began to offer technology by means of which IT administrators can unroll the private networks joint with the Internet, way of use of a program layer which abstracts from a basic hardware. By 2018 Talari is engaged only in software-defined distributed networks (SD-WAN).

For the history which began in 2007 Talari collected about $53.5 million investments by November of the 2018th and attracted more than 500 clients.

2018: Oracle purchased Talari Networks

In the middle of November, 2018 Oracle announced Talari Networks purchase, but how many it will pay the developer of solutions SD-WAN, did not call. It is going to close the transaction until the end of 2018.

Oracle purchased the developer of the solutions SD-WAN Talari Networks

As notes the CRN edition, merger of Talari should expand possibilities of Oracle regarding cloud network computing how the corporation aims to diversify the Oracle with Cloud Infrastructure. It is expected that Talari technologies will add the boundary  controller  of sessions  of Oracle and infrastructure of network management.

According to forecasts of analysts of IDC, the volume of the world market of services and infrastructure SD-WAN will grow for 70% a year and will exceed $8 billion by 2021. Gartner expects that by the end of 2019 about 30% of the companies will implement SD-WAN technology in the branches whereas in their 2015 there was only 1%.[1]
