2016: Oracle buys Palerra
In September, 2016 Oracle announced purchase of Palerra within the strategy directed to delivery to clients of complex instruments of identification and protection of cloud services. The cost of the transaction does not reveal.
After that, all concerning sales of Palerra of formality will be executed, the leading and normal employees of a startup will join Oracle. At the same time the companies will still work independently the friend about the friend.
The founder and the chairman of the board of directors of Oracle Larry Ellison said that the solutions Palerra will become important addition of a product portfolio of cloud security of Oracle.

Oracle is going to integrate the solution Oracle Identity Cloud Service with Loric service for "providing a comprehensive protection of users, applications, API functions, data and infrastructure for the purpose of safe implementation of clouds by clients", the senior vice president for cybersecurity products of Oracle Peter Barker in the letter directed to clients and partners wrote.
Oracle also reported that the company reviews a product portfolio of Palerra and later will provide to clients recommendations for use of these or those solutions. Oracle promised users of Palerra effective integration and the coordinated work of products of this company with software of Oracle.[1]
