History
2025: Liquidation of the Company
In December 2025, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) of the Russian Federation initiated the liquidation of Textura Vostok, the developer of the Latista cloud platform for construction management. The procedure has begun with respect to the structure of the American Oracle Corporation .
According to the SPARK-Interfax service, in January 2025, Texture Vostok filed information about the legal entity, but after the May audit, the Federal Tax Service recognized them as unreliable. The company did not provide new data, which became the basis for the start of the liquidation procedure.
According to RBC, Textura Vostok is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oracle Development SPB, which is owned by Oracle Corporation. The main product of Texture Vostok was the Latista cloud platform, designed to manage the construction of complex facilities: residential complexes, stadiums and industrial enterprises. The company was established in 2013, and in 2016 its owner, US-based Textura Corp., along with the Latista Technologies asset, was acquired by Oracle.
The Latista platform was used by a number of large Russian companies, including developers Donstroy PEAK",,," Sminex"," MoskapstroyBarkley"," " RD Construction GK," "group," "General Directorate "Center as Novard well as engineering companies" "and" Ecoprograms Spectrum. " According to the Donstroy website, the company introduced the system in 2013 for quality control.
According to Mikhail Bocharov, Deputy General Director for Scientific Work of Sisoft Development, the share of the Latista platform in the Russian market is about 10%. The expert explained that the active digitalization of large construction companies in Russia began after 2022, when access to foreign solutions became limited, so the system was not widely used. Abroad, in particular in the United States, the platform is more popular.
Bocharov also noted that the construction management systems market in Russia is divided into two segments: classic business management systems (ERP) and building information modeling solutions (BIM solutions). According to him, for effective digitalization, construction companies need to use both approaches, but successful examples of deep integration are still isolated.
The representative of the Korus Consulting Group of Companies added that several hundred products are represented on the BIM solutions market, including the development of Sarex, Gemini, Pragma, ASCON and Vitro Software[1]
2013-2014
In late 2013, LATISTA became part of Textura Corporation. On the basis of the Russian office of LATISTA, the Textura Vostok company was created, which includes the main office in Moscow and the development center in Obninsk.
As of May 2014, 15 LATISTA implementation projects have been successfully implemented in Russia and the CIS countries. Among the customers of OAO Moskapstroy, EcoProg, DONSTROY, Barkley, BSA Luzhniki.
