2014: Oracle buys LiveLOOK

On June 20, 2014 the Oracle corporation announced agreement signature about acquisition of LiveLOOK company.

Joint solutions of Oracle and LiveLOOK will help modern customer services to interact directly with consumer audience, increasing her satisfaction, efficiency of actions of personnel and revenues of the organizations in the Internet and mobile channels. Oracle Service Cloud is an integral part of the Oracle Customer Experience Cloud portfolio which includes cloud solutions for e-commerce (Commerce), support of sales (Sales), service (Service), work on social networks (Social) and marketing (Marketing).

It is supposed that clients of LiveLOOK will get advantage of more smooth integration with Oracle Service Cloud services and the Customer Experience portfolio without any failures of already existing solutions.

Oracle did not open terms of transaction with LiveLOOK.
