On production in Vladivostok collect the monoblock three-phase uninterruptible power supply units (UPSU) of Legrand with power from 10 to 120 kVA and also the electrotechnical equipment. 2019

In two years of work of DV-ENGINEERING the total cost of products made for customers exceeded 250 million rubles. The issue of expansion of production capacities is discussed. Preferences of the resident of the free port of Vladivostok allow the company to develop, train quicker personnel and to improve product quality. On production at the peak moments of loading about 40 people can be involved. All employees are residents of Primorye. In plans at Insystems and Legrand – to continue development of full-scale electrotechnical production in the Far East.

2018

In addition to uninterruptible power supply units of DV-Engineering makes power cabinets, cabinets of automation and control cabinets. All products conform to the Russian and European quality standards. The equipment is already supplied on objects which builds and equips Insystems, including in divisions of Sberbank through the whole country, on objects "Rusagro Primorye", the Vostochny spaceport and also in the Far East center of shipbuilding and ship repair – on the Zvezda plant.

The joint project of the Legrand and INSYSTEMS Group was started for reduction of delivery dates of products to the Far East. Production in Vladivostok contributes to the development of infrastructure of the Far East region, provides new jobs to residents of Primorsky Krai, and the status of the resident of the Free port of Vladivostok gives to the company tax advantages.

Insystems together with the Legrand Group are going to expand the range of the released equipment for power supply systems. The plan of start of production of shinoprovodny lines, cable trays, the body for electroinstallation products and other engineering equipment is studied. In addition, partners are going to create based on the enterprise in Vladivostok the big engineering center in which different products under the name of "It Is Made in Russia" will be made.

2017: Opening of production of the engineering equipment together with Legrand

In May, 2017 Lanit the company which is a part "Insystems" and the producer of complete solutions for electric and information infrastructures of buildings Legrand which headquarters is located in Franciums, announced coproduction start uninterruptible power supply units (UPS) in Vladivostok.

Devices under the Legrand brand will be issued. Specially under production the new company - DV-Engineering was created. According to base " circuit.focus ", it for 100% belongs Insystems. The CEO Insystems Evgeny Virtser heads it. Financial conditions of participation of the parties in coproduction of the company do not open.

At the first stage of development of new production is going to assemble monoblock three-phase Legrand UPSes of the KEOR T series with a power from 10 to 120 kVA. Quality control will be exercises Legrand. It is going to involve the highly qualified specialists who underwent certification at the Legrand plants.

At the enterprise for production of the UPS in Vladivostok assembly of the equipment, calibration and installation and also software updating, check of the systems of remote monitoring and synchronization of the UPS, check of its working capacity and output quality control of each product is performed.

Evgeny Virtser told that further Insystems consider the possibility of expansion of lines of the released equipment, without being limited only the UPS. What devices it will release still, the company was not defined on production launch yet. Evgeny Virtser says that he in the long term based on this production could be to unroll the big engineering center which is releasing different products.

As for the UPS, in addition to universal devices Insystems also thinks of release of the specialized UPSes customized under needs of specific customers.

The choice of model of the device for production at the initial stage in Legrand is explained with the fact that on it the company observes very high demand in Russia.

Investments into production at the initial stage, according to Virtser, made 25 million rubles. It told TAdviser that production was developed based on already built building which the company rented for these purposes. The area of production is 700 sq.m.

Legrand also has a production of the UPS and also a broad spectrum of other equipment in Ulyanovsk. Follows from the words of the CEO of Legrand in Russia and the CIS Alexis Conan that there the same UPS models are made, as are made now and are just planned to production in Vladivostok.

Within the next three years the company expects to earn about 400 million rubles from production of the UPS. Evgeny Virtser told TAdviser that as of the announcement moment production of the UPS is already started. Preorders for the amount about 35-40 million rubles are received. Banks and the industrial companies became the first customers, he added.

At the time of opening about 30 people work at a factory, in the long term, depending on as far as production will be expanded, the state can grow to 120-150 people, the CEO reported to TAdviser Insystems.

The initiative of creation of production of the UPS proceeded from Insystems. From the moment of the idea before its implementation there passed about a year. Evgeny Virtser told TAdviser that in addition to the expected profitability Insystems decided to be engaged in equipment manufacturing that begin closer to customers in the accompanying regions and also to become the company of a full stroke in area, profile for himself.

According to Virtser that Insystems considered production organization and with other large company - the competitor of Legrand, however that was less prompt. With Legrand it managed to be made very quickly, he notes.

2016: Plans of start of production "iron" for DPCs in the Far East

The child structure of Lanit — the Insystems company specializing in providing buildings with the engineering systems and low-current networks announced in the spring of 2016 intention to start the production center of the equipment in the Far East. Scope of this equipment will be rather wide — from DPCs to hotel complexes.

"In 2016 Insystems will begin local assembly of the equipment for use within contracts, then will propose the solutions to the market — note in the company in connection with the project. — After a while it is going to arrange production of own components and to pass to a full stroke of release of the equipment".

Lanit specified CNews that a part of the equipment — air ducts, thermal points, diesel generator sets in containers and automatic equipment cabinets — the company intends to release especially own forces. Other part — power cabinets and the uninterruptible power supply units (UPSU) — together with foreign partners^[1].

The production center "Insystems" is going to be placed in one of the so-called territories of the advancing social and economic development (TASED) which in the Far East more than ten are at the moment planned to create already.
