2026: Buying a stake in AI solution developer Just AI

At the end of January 2026, it became known that Lanit, through its L Ventures division, acquired a 4.2 percent stake in Just AI (Mayind Craft LLC), which specializes in the development of conversational artificial intelligence. 2022: Investing 3 billion rubles in an online store for corporate clients ITOGO

On May 17, 2022, Lanit announced the investment of more than 3 billion rubles in an online home appliance store for ITOGO corporate clients through its venture capital fund. This amount is planned at the initial stage of investment in the project. The transaction parameters are not disclosed. According to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL), the share of Lanit Ventures in Total LLC is 90%, still belongs to Tikhon Smykov. The company was incorporated in 2018. 2017: Investments

In May 2017, it became known about the creation of a venture capital fund in the Lanit group of companies. The Lanit Ventures structure invests in IT startups with a target volume of $10 million.

According to Kommersant, the Lanit Ventures venture fund was created in 2016 and operates mainly in Russia and the CIS countries. According to Philip Gens, vice president of Lanit Group of Companies, Lanit Ventures buys shares "no lower than blocking," investing in IT and Internet projects with high potential in global markets. Lanit Ventures is most interested in companies operating in the fields of mobile and web platforms, SaaS (software as a service), cloud services, fintech and retail solutions.

Lanit has created a venture capital fund to invest in IT startups

In 2017, the venture capital fund struck two deals in the software market. More than $1 million has been invested in Zozo WFM, which specializes in digital human resources systems. In addition, the funds were received by the Mobile Electronic Education (MEO) company, which develops software solutions and services for the education system.

The size of investments in the MEO is not called. It is only known that Lanit is one of the founders of this company, since 2014 it has invested $4 million in the business and attracted 1C as a co-investor.

In the portfolio of Lanit Ventures there are projects in which Lanit itself invested. Among them are the Russian companies Fibrum (virtual reality helmets), CleverDATA (analysis and processing of big data), Lanit Omni (services that help retail manage purchasing behavior: loyalty programs, predictive analytics, digital communications), CardsMobile ( platform for contactless payments), Dashboard Systems (software products for management structures of large and medium-sized companies and authorities), American service for the manufacture of Mopro sites.[1]
