2016: Updated program Avaya Edge
The upgraded Avaya Edge program provides new remunerations, simplifies requirements for partners and completely corresponds to realities of modern digital business
The program provides extra fees for customer focus and capability to offer exclusively profitable packets to customers. the program which received the name Avaya EdgeSM will contribute to the development of cooperation and also to guarantee presence at partners of necessary examination to propose the advanced solutions which are demanded by customers in the conditions of the modern digital world in the market.
Distinctive features of the new program are among:
- The simplified structure: the optimized requirements and the new system of levels – Diamond, Sapphire and Emerald – will help to make the program convenient in use. For example, filling of accompanying documents (credentials) in the Avaya Edge program is performed twice quicker.
- Additional benefits: in the new program partners receive compensation for broader spectrum of income, including not only for sales of the hardware of a portfolio, but also for sales of subscriber services and the software. Besides, the program provides new remunerations for partners for their strategic achievements, including for creation of new opportunities for customers, business development and implementation of new products.
- High flexibility: the new program is better structured for work in the conditions of constantly developing industry, the changing requirements of customers and dynamic business of partners. Introduction of five partner directions (partner tracks) allows to adapt better the program to their market strategy and also to tie target indicators and remunerations to the selected direction and the geographical region.
The program took effect since October 1, 2016. During the transient period, in the first six months since launch of the new program, the efficiency of the acting authorized partners will be estimated at the same time by criteria of both programs - previous and new, at the same time partners will be rewarded in accordance with the terms that program which provides the greatest remuneration.
