2018: A digital ecosystem for partners
Schneider Electric company, the world expert in the field of management of energy and automation, in March, 2018 about opening of the global Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal for partners of the APC by Schneider Electric brand. The pilot project startup took place in 2017 in Spain, and now the platform is available to resellers and distributors in the countries of North America, China, France, Germany, Sweden, Great Britain, Russia, Australia, Indonesia, India, Brazil and Turkey. Its main task — to provide the round-the-clock service of partners and an opportunity for work with services of the company from any device, including smartphones and tablets.
The ecosystem of Partner Relationship Management includes a set of the tools managing digital channels of interaction from Schneider Electric. The portal contains descriptions of affiliate programs and gives access to networks of support, marketing tools, programs of increase in profitability, different additional materials and training aids for passing of annual certification and also obtaining the following level in the loyalty program. Here it is possible to enter the iRewards program, to undergo online training and also to receive exhaustive data on offers of Schneider Electric for all channels of promotion of products and solutions.
Earlier data were dispersed on the different websites, and now we have a uniform point of entry for partners in all activities of Schneider Electric. Until recently IT distributors and resellers were registered the website www.apc.ru, and partners in other activities of the company — on www.schneider-electric.com. The uniform portal became one more step on the way of integration of business of APC to Schneider Electric infrastructure. As of March 15, 2018 the platform solves generally problems of training and certification of partners, however it constantly is improved, and other services become available to users.

In 2017 twenty partners managed to confirm the status Elite (Moscow and regions), to 44 partners - the status Premier. Besides, 230 partners of Schneider Electric confirmed the status Select. Despite difficult year and the difficult situation in the Russian market in 2016 which forced many customers to postpone implementation of large infrastructure projects, key participants of the affiliate program confirmed the statuses, and some of them managed to move to more in the high level.
The affiliate program of Schneider Electric in 2016 underwent some change: competences were added, and all partners, since the Select level, received the personal manager that was provided earlier only for partners of the Premier and Elite levels. In 2017 the Inline Technologies company passed into the highest league, having received the status Elite Partner, the companies Open technologies, Infocell and Atlantis komyyunikeyshnz changed the status Select Partner with Premier Partner. In 2016 77 Russian IT companies received the highest partner statuses, 56 of them have the Premier level and 21 - Elite.

Only large system integrators having wide experience of the implementing solutions Schneider Electric for creation of engineering infrastructure of switching nodes, server rooms and DPCs can apply for this status. The leading IT companies of Russia regularly confirm the status of elite partners of Schneider Electric, this year the list consists of the following companies: LANIT, INSYSTEMS, CROC, "IBS", I-Teco, Systematics, STEP LOGIC, Technoserv, Accent, Baltik Stayl, ComBis, "KOMPLIT", "RAMEK", "SUNLINE ENGINEERING", "UTsSB", "STC LOGIS", "ICL-KPO of AF", "iStack". Also this year the list for the first time included USP Compulink, Vizard and "the Urals Integration". 2014: The partner network of division of IT Business in Russia in a year grew by 35%
From April, 2013 to April, 2014 the total number of partners of division of IT Business of Schneider Electric company which is responsible for a product line of APC in Russia grew almost by 35% - from 675 to 908 organizations, told TAdviser in the company.
The main part of partners has the basic status Registered Partner for which obtaining it is only necessary to have business with final customers and to make purchases at official distributors of Schneider Electric and also the partner status Select.
At the same time in a year from 57 the number of the companies conforming to requirements of Schneider Electric for receiving one of the highest statuses - Premier grew to 93 companies based on certification. Schneider Electric explains that it is connected with an intensification of courses of training of specialists and increase in their qualification. Rates were differentiated and adapted for partners of different levels to offer the companies the most relevant skills and knowledge.
In 2014 the company placed a particular emphasis on training of partners, having made nasyshchenny the content of training of Power Academy for partners of the highest level - Premier and Elite, add to Schneider Electric.
Number of partners with the highest partner status Schneider Electric - Elite - in 2014 reached 29 companies, having been replenished with two new partners. Only the largest system integrators having the rich history of cooperation with this division of Schneider Electric and having extensive work experience with all range of solutions and the equipment of the company can apply for this status.
The highest partner status is given to the companies which advance the solutions APC on the basis of architecture of InfraStruxure intended for creation of engineering infrastructure of switching nodes, server rooms and DPCs. Partners who show outstanding results of work and show high professionalism in promotion of solutions on the basis of this architecture, are marked out by the status Elite Partner.

In 2014 the status Elite is also given to the companies "T-Platforms" and "Microtest".
Besides, in 2014 the barrier of entry into the ribeytny APC Plus program for sales volumes was reduced: if earlier for participation in the program the Moscow partner of the Select level needed to buy the equipment not less, than for $250 thousand in a year, then in 2014 this amount decreased to $100 thousand. For regional partners the barrier of entry into this program did not change, reported TAdviser in division of IT Business Schneider Electric.
