Within support of partners Citrix announced in April, 2016 updating of the affiliate program and expansion of a packet of the stimulating offers designed to encourage special activities in the field of sales. So, Citrix provided the new system of the stimulating encouragement for the transactions identified and qualified by the partner specified the existing programs of remunerations to focus them on objective indicators and expanded the funds of marketing development for stimulation of growth of partners.

The updated stimuluses will be provided to partners of Citrix, proceeding from the importance of a contribution which they make in all sales cycle. Special attention will be paid to 2 specific activities: determination and assessment of new opportunities, and sale of solutions within the existing and new opportunities for development.

The strengthened resources and the stimulating offers for determination and assessment of new opportunities for development

Citrix represents the new fund Strategic Development Fund for Citrix Solution Advisors (CSAs) for solution providers of the company and distributors created for stimulation of demand on averages by the size the markets and implementation of market opportunities with a high potential. The new initiative will be started in July, 2016 in the countries of North and South America and in the countries of the region of EMEA. It will replace the existing marketing programs and will provide to partners financial resources for reduction in cost of the planned and documented marketing efforts focused on possibilities of averages by the amount of the markets with the highest rate of an investment payback. Is later this year this program will be implemented in Japan and the countries of the Pacific Rim.

On May 9 Citrix will start the Net New Partner Sourced program directed to encouragement of partners for achievements in definition range and estimates of new opportunities for development, in particular on averages by the size the markets. Within the program partners will be able to receive an advance discount in 7% for all new transactions adequate worked by partners. This new measure of stimulation will add the existing advance discounts, including Specialist CAR Plus and Opportunity Registration for Networking. Partners will still earn rewards for sale of solutions in all segments of the market within the Citrix Advisor Rewards program, irrespective of accomplishment of the partner obligations. In general partners will be able to expect increase in payments for the stimulating programs up to 10%.

The simplified incentive plan for sale of solutions

Proceeding from responses of partners, Citrix updates all aspects of the CAR program using the simplified problem definition processes which note activities on sales of solutions within all sales cycle. Citrix optimizes the existing rules for simplification of interaction between partners and division on sales of Citrix within all cycle of Registration of the stimulating offers (Incentive Registration).

These updates within the program are focused on the perspective opportunities for development of sales in the market of average scale and Stimulating offers of Citrix company (Citrix Incentives) are available to all segments of the market and to sales both to the new, and already existing customers.

2015

In January, 2015 Citrix Systems started the program directed to helping partners to take all advantage of the extending range of solutions of the company and to save competitiveness in the market. Using the new program for specialization of Citrix Solution Advisor(CSA) partners will be able quicker to increase the profit. Within this initiative of nearly 9 thousand participants of the Citrix Solution Advisor program will be able to take the following advantage: the simplified certification, the adapted requirements to sales level and other privileges.

The Specialization program of Citrix company, crucial element of the project, will provide assessment, recommendations and remunerations to partners who confirmed the high level of technical competence, skills of sales and customer service. The Specialization program includes several rates which offer partners an opportunity independently to select the technical direction which is integrated into their current business model and to add other competences in process of business development. Within each rate partners receive technical skills and get acquainted with the advanced techniques for implementation of solutions of Citrix in such areas as virtualization, management of mobile solutions and network technologies.

The new CSA program is a crucial element of the plan of Citrix Partner Growth Plan. The plan has three main parts - cooperation at a cross-selling stage, support of partners for project lifecycle of the customer and creation of demand within holding marketing campaigns for development of new business Citrix will concentrate the efforts on support of cooperation of specialists of Citrix and partners for consolidation of resources in sales to pay special attention to sales increase in certain segments to both more operational and simple approval of new programs for business development.

Citrix will offer tools, resources and programs to support productivity of work of partners. These investments are directed to as much as possible to increase efficiency of partners at each stage of sales and providing services, beginning from development of technical skills and sales opportunities, finishing with successful implementation of solutions.

Citrix considers that the CSA Specialization program plays an important role in creation and increase in demand and involvement of new customers for growth in sales of solutions in virtualization of applications, desktops, data and network projects. To increase efficiency of marketing initiatives of partners, Citrix will help to define opportunities for growth in target markets and will give the chance more effectively to plan and implement long-term marketing campaigns.

Implementation of Partner Growth Plan will begin on January 13, 2015, including new programs and specializations of CSA. Other three elements of an initiative will be gradually implemented for 12 months.
