Agent Plus

The Agent Plus company is founded in 2004, specialization - development and deployment of management systems for sales for producers and distributors of FMCG and nonfoods.

For spring of 2015 at the company of 1500 partners who sell and implement software products of Agent Plus, and more than 5000 companies clients across all Russia and in the countries of the abroad: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Estonia, Republic of South Africa.

2014

In comparison with 2013, revenue of the company in 2014 grew by 5%, and growth of current assets was 10%.

2012

Growth of revenue of Agent Plus in 2012 was 45% in comparison with 2011, 14 thousand licenses of business mobile application "are sold to Agent Plus: Mobile trade" for OS Android. Sales of products of Agent Plus in Russia grew by 35%, 750 new clients from Russia and the CIS appeared. Clients of the company made Bol 2,000 upgrades of mobile application for sales representatives: upgraded to the version of a product "Agent Plus: Mobile trade" for OS Android.

History

2015

• On March 3, 2015 the Agent Plus company submitted the Adeptik project, the solution for management of field employees on Mobile World Congress 2015.
• On April 14, 2015 the Agent Plus company participated in the forum "Days of Innovations of the Astrakhan Region of 2015" and presented software solutions to the governor of the Astrakhan region, Alexander Zhilkin.

2014

• In February, 2014 the company moved to the new office located in the building of the Fabrika IT park.
• On March 26, 2014 the product – "Is released by Agent Plus: Management of distributor network", intended for office employees. It allowed to provide transparency of work of distributors, production planning accuracy and also gave to producers of goods the chance to exercise control of performance of work of branches, distributor networks.
• On December 16, 2014 the company released new software products. "Management of mobile trade" - a software package which consists of office and mobile parts. Office part represents the automated jobs of heads of sales departments, supervisors, marketing analysts. A mobile part is a set of the automated jobs of the "field" employees provided by customized mobile applications for smartphones and tablets. "The Agent Plus became the new application for mobile employees: The merchandiser" - the solution which automates work of "field" employees in distribution – merchandisers.

2013

• On September 26, 2013 "Service of control and accounting of licenses" was started. It allowed clients of Agent Plus to manage independently licenses for software products of the company.
• On October 30, 2013 the software product for automation of sales representatives "1C is released : Mobile trade", created on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

2012: 1C was purchased by 51% of the developer of mobile applications of Agent Plus

• The partner network of Agent Plus extended on 250 companies.

1C was purchased by 51% in the capital of the Russian developer of mobile applications of Agent Plus, on October 17, 2012 TAdviser was reported about it in PR-service "Agent Plus". The remained 49% are in Grigory Izmaylov and Sergey Gudyrin's ownership. According to the representative of Agent Plus, Izmaylov and Gudyrin will save the positions within the new company, general and executive directors respectively. According to the joint message of the companies, renaming is not planned. The product line of Agent Plus will move ahead under own brand.

As reported in PR-service "Agent Plus", reduction of staff in connection with consolidation is not planned. "We think in the near future to expand the development and the marketing body. In total the staff can will be increased for 20-30%", - the representative of the company told. The main efforts of the company will be directed to project implementation on development of a complex of software solutions for creation and management of mobile business applications, development of proprietary industry mobile applications, promotion of new products in the market and development of a partner network.

Enter a product portfolio of joint venture: the platform for creation of mobile business applications (Mobile Enterprise Application Platform) "Agent Plus 2.0" and several industry mobile applications. Also the complex of tools for management of mobile business applications (Mobile Application Management) "Service of control and accounting of licenses is developed.

On the Agent Plus 2.0 platform seven business applications automating activity of different categories of mobile employees are developed. Products "Agent Plus: Mobile trade", "Agent Plus: Waiter" and "Agent Plus: Inventory of fixed assets" are developed by the company "Agent Plus".

"Service of control and accounting of licenses" included four main services:

• service of licensing and billing — allows to control applications launch on mobile devices and to lease applications;
• service of control of mobile employees — allows to monitor movement of remote workers and action which they make in the business application;
• service of deployment and service of configurations — allows is centralized to set and update applications and also far off to obtain detailed information on errors on mobile devices;
• service of integration — allows to simplify and secure process of data exchange between mobile devices and corporate information systems.

It is supposed that clients of 1C will become the main consumers of products of the new subsidiary of the Russian developer.

2004-2011

• On April 12, 2011 the Agent Plus company released the Russia's first software platform of the class MEAP - Agent Plus 2.0. The platform allowed to create mobile applications on its basis. "the Agent Plus became the first product developed based on the platform: Mobile trade".
• On August 18, 2011 the company became the 100th fund participant Skolkovo.
• From October 3 to October 12, 2011 Agent Plus among residents of fund "Skolkovo participated in a road show to Silicon Valley. On an action solutions of Agent Plus company were presented.

• In 2009 the company released the software product for desktop PCs – "Monitoring of Mobile Employees and Objects of Map9" intended for the heads and supervisors controlling mobile employees.

• On May 14, 2007 opening of the Moscow office "Agent Plus" took place.

• In 2006 Sergey Gudyrin joined the company. He was engaged in sales and promotion of products of the company and also development of a partner network. From January, 2006 to 2016 worked as the chief executive of Agent Plus.

• In the spring 2004 Grigory Izmaylov created the "Automated Mobile System the Agent +" software product which was intended for sales representatives. The name of a product formed the basis of Agent Plus company which was based by Grigory Izmaylov. On April 25 it is considered foundation date of Agent Plus company.
