Training of nearly 1,200 young professionals

"1C ABM Consulting" for 2024 - 2025 trained almost 1200 young specialists. The company announced this on January 26, 2026.

Since 2024, the company has been developing the educational project "Academy 1C Missile Defense Consulting," within the framework of which experts with many years of experience in large Russian holdings and audit companies of the Big Four conduct practical courses for students and business.

In 2025, the project was actively developing in several directions. The first is partnership with universities. The company participated in the training of a new generation of professionals at the sites of NUST MISIS, PetrSU and other universities. 1C PRO Consulting experts in the format of lectures shared real cases of 1C implementation, the specifics of working in an IT company, talked about technologies and trends in business automation, about the life cycle of ERP solutions based on Russian software, and also gave master classes and practical seminars.

The second direction of the project is the development of an internship program and professional mentoring. In 2025, the company conducted an experimental paid internship program for students who are ready to combine their studies at the university with a deep immersion in IT projects. For several months, trainees performed real tasks under the guidance of experienced experts "1C Missile Defense Consulting," and also got the opportunity to pass the certification "1C: Professional" from the vendor at the expense of the company. The first professional certificate confirming the knowledge of the software product was a confirmation of the knowledge and skills of young specialists necessary for a successful start of a career.

At the next stage, lasting up to six months, trainees connected to existing IT projects: after checking the curators, their work was sent to customers, which allowed participants to bring measurable benefits to the business. The best participants prepared for certification "1C: Specialist Consultant," passed exams in a single vendor training center and got the opportunity to enter the project teams on large-scale projects "1C Missile Defense Consulting" even before graduation from the university. In addition to professional support, from the first days of the internship, students also got acquainted with corporate culture and values.

In 2026, we will continue to develop the project and plan to launch a new development program at the Academy on the 1C platform. A feature of the program will be the opportunity to work out the knowledge gained on the educational portal created by our specialists specifically for novice 1C programmers. Thus, students will be able to study theory and practice, as well as work out skills on their own at a convenient time and as much as necessary, without the need to install and configure a local environment for development, "said Tatyana Turbina, HR Director and Curator of the Academy 1C ABM Consulting.

Opening of the Academy in MISIS

1C Pro Consulting joined the educational project of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys MISIS - Academy at the Department of Business Informatics. 2024: Creation of "1C Missile Defense Consulting"

1C and a team from the Big Four formed a joint venture to expand the direction of system-oriented. consulting This was 1C announced on December 20, 2024.

Due to the departure of Western consulting brands, part of the ex-PwC and ex-KPMG team joined forces with 1C. The partners created a joint company under the brand "1C Missile Defense Consulting." It will develop the direction of system-oriented consulting and carry out a full cycle of tasks for the implementation of ERP class systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform - from the development of methodology to the launch of large corporate projects.

The joint venture will focus on developing IT strategies for large customers, conducting IT audits, developing and optimizing system-oriented methodology, and implementing 1C systems. In addition, the 1C Missile Defense Consulting team will expand the 1C line of corporate services. In particular, a tool for seamless migration of data from the business systems of global suppliers is planned for launch on the market.

1C ABM Consulting is an established team with deep expertise in the field of IT consulting, the introduction of complex solutions for production management, as well as the implementation of complex projects for migration from foreign ERP systems for Russian customers. Managing partners of 1C ABM Consulting previously led 1C departments in IT integrators and launched business areas in 1C practice in the Big Four companies. Also in the staff "1C ABM Consulting" there are experienced architects, consultants and programmers. The average specialist experience in the team is 15 years.
