New Partner Programs
On November 29, 2016, Amazon announced new programs for its partners to help the company grow its cloud business. At the same time, emphasis is placed on working with certain products.

VMware Cloud on AWS Partner is designed to help partners make money on this service.
Alexa Service Delivery Program. This partner program aims to ensure that companies collaborating with Amazon integrate the Alexa voice assistant with their products and services. By the end of November 2016, more than 3,000 Alexa features were developed by AWS partners, said Terry Wise, vice president of partner business development at re: Invent 2016 in Las Vegas.
