It is expected that this acquisition will allow client consortium Cerner's Learning Health Network to interact with the scientific data used in the financed researches directly. Cerner's Learning Health Network offers health care systems free access to network of the depersonalized resource data. The purpose of the company - to advance research initiatives and to give an income acquisition opportunity at the expense of the financed researches conducted in the field of biology.

Besides, it is expected that merge of Cerner and Kantar Health will provide bilateral cooperation between service providers and pharmaceutical industry so researchers will be able to generate the ideas and to use the differentiated resources of the most difficult questions of clinical trials given for the solution.
