Autonomous trucks will not be allowed on city streets. By the beginning of experimental operation at the entrances to Moscow and St. Petersburg, it is planned to organize special hubs, from where traditional carriers will take goods.

Before the start of the experiment , the authorities will assign legal status to drones, and third-party drivers will be obliged to cede everything to such vehicles. Responsibility for road accidents due to the fault of an autonomous truck will be borne by developers, operator or carrier.^[10]
