2025: Lukoil bought 49.5% of Masterneft-Service
Spetspromservice LLC, 49.5% of which is controlled by Lukoil, became the owner of Masterneft-Service (MNS), which provides services for the installation, repair and dismantling of drilling rigs. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in June 2025. Until June 2025, MNS was owned by Vladimir Kuklin.
